This a nice overview. I might suggest that that map should be updated. "Russia" is shown when it should be the Soviet Union, and parts of what should be the Soviet Union (Belorussian Republic, Ukrainian Republic) are not colored to indicate the actual extent of the Eastern Front.

In that you represnt this as history, I wonder from which historical reference you obtained info about the Jewish patriarch Abraham and his sons? Certainly no credible historian would ever consider a book of superstitions (i.e., the Torah, aka: the Pentateuch) as a creditable historical source. Did you check any sources considered credible? What about those provided by institutions in Isreal? I heard that some of their regilious scholars assert that the Abraham of the Bible could not have existed at the times and places stated in the Bible. In other words, their position is that Abraham, like the Exodus from Egypt, is a fiction. All you had to do to correct this matter was to say, "According to the Bible... ." But you didn't do that, did you? Instead you state it as fact and basically undermined your credibility. What next? A history lesson that begins with 'Jack and Jill went up the hill'? So I will be avoiding "History on Maps" lest I be unknowingly misinformed by more of your unfounded assertions about history.
