Learning about Magnus Hirschfield really opened my eyes as to how everyone has been lied about who were historically the good guys and who were the bad guys.

Thank you so much for this! I am enthralled by Blavatsky and the occult/esoteric, and find it interesting that many of that infamous German with the funny mustache's beliefs on race come from her writings as well as others in the same "realm". So, if it wasn't for her, it is quite possible that the Holocaust may have never happened! Either way, great video! Thanks for making it!

I was born in Houston, but have lived in Peekskill since I was 2, for 30+ years. And as a HUGE lover of Paul Robeson and everything he repressents, this NEEDS to be mandatory education in this area.

Didn't find a way to send Listener Mail so I'll post my comment here. While I didn't expect a non-science person to get everything right and you said at the outset that neither of you are sciencey people, I kinda hoped you'd run your research by someone who knows what NMR and it's child MRI are based on. The podcast says it's based on the nucleus but that's not right. While knowing something about quantum physics is kinda required to get the very basics of how NMR works, it's based on the electrons that surround the nucleus. It's not "proton spin" that's being observed but outer shell electron's spin. May not seem like much but it's the hydrogen atom's electrons in a body that are giving off the signal. It's like using a giant mallet to bang on a bridge and pressing your ear to a girder to hear the sound that reflects back.

Talking about the family, huh? Her mom was a piano teacher and her dad was a poet with the middle name Charles. You know who else this describes…….DUN DUN DUN! Ida Celestia Pond. *cue heatwaves* And the entire family thought Dad tore the family apart with his job. Like the Pond heirs and Ida to Patrick Charles Pond when he became a lawyer in a different province. *cue heatwaves again* *play heatwaves on repeat until the neighbours move out next door*

3:49 Fate can be cruel, and imagine your twin flame now currently 15 and living in Durham Bridge. And she fell in love with you in like 3022. And men you say? Ida Pond is a woman. Well, technically, a teenage girl who likes to write haikus on furniture.
