Do I purchase the chicco car seat adapters from chicco or uppababy?
I’ve tried both the hooks connection and the seatbelt connection in both a Camry and Toyota FJ. Have you heard this before? Should I wedge a towel underneath to level it?
I think they all can fold without the “first step” of pulling the canopy back. They all fold inward/accordion, so shade step is unnecessary as it will just fold *with* the stroller. Think they can speed it up half a second ;)
So the silver Cross dune does not do well in different terrain then?
The Dune's wheels are slightly smaller than the Reef's, so you will feel more on the ground in uneven terrain compared to more fuller-size wheels!

Hi there! Only infant car seats are compatible with strollers as convertible car seats are too heavy and made to be kept in the car at all times. The stroller seat will be what you use on the Vista frame through the remainder of the time they use it! Hope this helps.

Can you link the cover on the Nina pipa?
Nuna's canopy comes with an included Sky Drape that's built into the canopy fabric and can't be purchased separately. Was that what you were looking for?
Do you have to remove the wheels on the LX to fit in its gate check bag?
You will not need to remove the wheels for it to fit into the included duster bag!

We bought this from your site a couple of years ago. Now we need to remove the car seat link adaptors and we dont know how to get them off. I looked on your website and it says to press the gray release button on the back of the car seat, but that only disconnects the car seat from the base. I need to remove the z4 stroller/car seat link from the car seat itself and can't figure it out.
Hi there! To remove the links from the car seat shell you will need to get between the car seat fabric and shell right around where the handlebar attaches to the seat! It is a bit of a narrow opening you have to get into to release the link latch! BUGABOO Turtle Air x Nuna Car Seat + Recline Base is the one that I am receiving gently used however, I can see a listing for it, but I cannot find any information that delineates it from any others. I haven’t found anything even video for reviewing the X version. Wondering if you could explain the difference?
Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. The Bugaboo Turtle Air by Nuna is similar to Nuna's PIPA Lite RX infant car seat model. The main difference between the Turtle One and Turtle Air is it will have a no-rethread harness system and it is lighter weight!
How do you remove the cushions and clean them?
All care instructions will be in the car seat manual inside the box! We always highly recommend taking a video of yourself pulling the material off so that you can rewatch it afterward to know exactly how it goes back on though! Just a helpful tip. :)

What’s the difference between the Nuna Pipa Aire & the Nuna Pipa Aire RX? 😊
The Aire comes with their original PIPA base versus the Aire RX comes with their updated RELX base! The infant insert on the Aire will also be made with an organic jersey knit versus the Aire RX is made with Merino Wool (meant to temperature regulate), The Aire RX also comes with an additional cotton insert! It looks as though the baby jogger city mini stroller is no longer compatible with the Nuna Pippa lite RX. Their adapter has been discontinued it seems.

Would be nice to see if it doesn't move more than an inch once installed. That's what makes for proper installation.

Hi there! No, sorry. Cybex does not make an adapter for the Gazelle that can accommodate an UPPAbaby infant car seat. The adapter that does come with the Gazelle in the box is compatible with models from Nuna, Clek, Cybex, and Maxi-Cosi! :)

Great question! The most similar to what you are looking for would be the Cybex Eezy S Twist +2 V2 which has a reversible seat and folds quite compactly! Hi there! You can use the toddler seat and RumbleSeat of the Vista V2 on the frame at once without any upper adapters needed, but the upper adapters are recommended to increase the leg space between the two seats!

Can the backrest of the stroller be lowered further at Nuna trvl,almost flat (for sleeping)? In the video, it seems it only goes halfway between sitting and lying down
Hi there! The Nuna TRVL LX does have a larger recline than their original TRVL model, but Nuna does not note that either models are newborn-approved. Both reclines should still be great for napping once they are around 4 months or older!

Hi there! You can easily remove the PIPA urbn by pressing a grey button on the back of the car seat shell and pulling the latches away from the seat.
can the demigrow seat be flat for newborn or we need to buy the basinet too ?
The Demi seats are not newborn approved and can be used around 4-6 months of age. If you wanted to use the stroller frame before that timeframe I would recommend using a Nuna bassinet or Nuna PIPA infant car seat on the frame!
Can you attach a Cybex Aton G or the Maxi Cosi Peri 180 car seat? Also can you connect 2 of them like the Yoyo?
Hi there! You can attach both the Aton G and Maxi Cosi Peri 180 to the Jet 5 with adapters. You cannot connect them like the YOYO and YOYO Connect but Silver Cross will be releasing a Jet Double Stroller soon!
