  I’ll start off by saying I agree with your decision to not give him his shit without identification. Especially since that’s the law. I’m not sure why everyone here thinks it isn’t. Regardless, you repeatedly saying “cool story, etc…” to everyone that comments something you don’t agree with puts you in the same category as your customer. Acting like a child because you don’t like what you heard. I know you atleast read the comments so I’m hoping you sit back and think about it. It’s obvious you’re an adult if you’re able to sell alcohol. As an adult, you blasted your customer, copy and pasted a shitty comment to everyone you disagree with instead of explaining or just copy and pasting an explanation like “it’s the law and I could lose my job over it”. That would have been the mature thing to do. Especially with your video being one that’s pushing another persons immaturity to the world. Thats what I would have done, as a mature adult. I can’t get it through my head why you’d post a video of someone being negative and acting out and then doing the exact same thing in your comment section. You could have used this to set an example and to help. Especially with how you were acting in person. Trying to calm the situation and looking like you’re going to run when he starts walking towards you. Regardless, there’s a right thing to do and a wrong thing to do. I don’t care what you comment under this, I just wanted you to read it and consider what I said. Maybe next time, try to help the situation and help others understand the situation. You could of been helpful with the same amount of letters you used to be negative

The government audits sales regularly and if you don’t check ID they get you personally, not just the company you work for. And it goes into a record that keeps you from getting the license back, or suspends you. Can cost him his livelihood. Here the undercovers will cus and act out. They’ll send in young adults under 21 then have an adult follow in and buy what the kid pretended to look at. They do all sorts of stuff people normally do to pressure and divert attention to get what they want. I call it entrapment. But it’s acceptable in their business.

  I do deliveries and agree with following both law and rules of the delivery process. But after looking through the comments and witnessing the OP parrot the the phrase "cool story, and then what happened" helped me realize this is a grown up teachers pet. They dont know how to properly deal with any confrontation. Be it online or clearly as shown in person.   I'm not sure who Go Puff is, but I work for a private company that delivers cigs, alcohol, and other goods. We inform the customer on the website when they order or through dispatch about needing identification I also always call the customer when I'm on the way to have id ready, so it's an easy get in get out procedure. And yeah, he was having major withdrawal, lol
