Is the Party Mod “hooky”? Or is it as loose as for ex. the Capita Ultrafear Reverse? I love the Ultrafear Reverse but was thinking about getting the Party Mod due to it being good at higher speeds as well, but am afraid of it being hooky and feeling almost like a positive camber board.
Got this board just last year and got to ride it last winter. I have the 152 and I am 6 foot 4, 80kg. I took it into the deepest powder I have ever riden but also sketchy and iced pistes. And it couldn’t have performed any better! It was super surfy and so easy to slash and quickly turn. Really recommend this board to anyone who liked powder and carving everything on the mountain. 🏂

This isn’t a true bs rodeo. This is more of an under flip on a slight axis. Most people do bs rodeos wrong. You shouldn’t be rotating with your back facing the downslope. You should be chest facing the ground whilst spinning horizontally. For a true bs rodeo check out Peter Line in Simple Pleasures and Decade etc etc.
Funny, My first instinct was to call this an underflip and now I'm totally confused between the 2. I think underflips literally are flips, like the board kind of goes up over your head and then spins. This is more corked, or rodeod I guess as the board never technically goes over the head.

Which size should I get my girlfriend? She is 5 foot four, 100 pounds, size 6 boot. It will be her second board. She can engage her edge and make an actual carve on both her heel and her toe. She even smashed a bit of powder last year. I think she’s ready for it.

Do you know the recommended weight range for 155? I'm 65kg and 174cm and 44.5 (US size 11 / UK size 10). It feels like the right size for me - I just want to make sure it's not too heavy for throwing it around off jumps.

I ½ sized down to minimize pack out & ended up with blue big toe for a season. Not worth it.
I would have a chance to buy this model 21 is it still the same technology wise compared to the cream 2024 the graphics on this is so nice while the new lobster grafix kinda suck

Help! Any one has the toe strap compared with the normal straps? Just picked up hybrid with toe strap but its very hard to get in and out of the binding… would the fusion strap be better? Anyone has experience on both!?
I have the hybrid. I've noticed that you don't need to make them super tight like in normal bindings, just hugging my boot. I didn't notice any performance issues. If you do that and completely push the high back all the back, then you can stomp your boot I to the binding with no problems. Also, the middle connector (toe to heel strap), I adjusted those last and made sure it wasn't tight on my boot

You definetely can ride switch with this board, no problem at all. Downside of this board is that its not really capable of doing Nose Roll 180. Besides that....nice piece.

Is the X model much lighter than the original?
The only thing I didn't like is the placement of the release button. Waaay too low. I had to add a screw fixed metal piece with a string. Cause if I could bent that low, I wouldn't gain that much from an automatic binding 😁. The rest, it's ok, some getting used to inserting the back leg in order to well engage the blocking metal teeth, but not that bad. A very important thing is to check the engagement of the locking teeth before riding. I once had the back foot pop out at the first toe turn.... Wasn't fun. But since, I've checked it and zero problems.
I doubt snowboarding has that much respect for Terje. Its prolly like skating, mostly liberals. Anyway he's the best obviously.
