@@xavier7566 2nd trip for the first reel I purchased and there is not a lot of adjustment on the drag, which isn’t all that unusual on a BC but less adjustment then my Lews crush. I did have the line get off the spool and wrap around causing a mess. I looked for a side plate release and couldn’t find one and made a bigger line mess. Finally found there is no release switch just held by magnets. Good to know for future. So basically it’s a smooth reel for now that catches fish, but the tolerances are a little loose on it. For around 15 bucks a good reel, not replacing my better stuff though. Don’t hate them though.

The fun but tough thing is trying to figure out what products you need to spend more on to get something usable, adjustable wrench comes to mind, and what is trendy. For fishing I have this figured out, it’s the pouches, knives, and slings where I am learning. I have been using the Goody Kids part number 09427 and Scunci part number 33815 and those have worked well for me and both seem to be the same size. If I need something smaller I have used the ponytail rubber bands, similar to the ones used with braces, but double those up and hold the two together with a small zip tie. If you happen to fish those small rubber bands work great to hold treble hooks together when storing crank baits so that you can remove them easily from a box. Also check out the earthlingedc channel for more ideas for hold downs. Thanks for watching.

I got one thru Amazon this week and going to send it back. I paid $10 and I agree about that spring being a likely failure point. Plus it doesn't make the blade deployment feel good. It so clunky, I sometimes need both hands to hold it and deploy it. You have to jerk it around a little in the track with that spring to get it to slide out. I really wanted to like it, but not for $10.

Now use your pinky & next 2 fingers “to hold” the body/handle when you push the button to deploy. -Maybe use a T-8 torx on the pivot just a tiny bit to free it up, if it’s not breaking in. Hope this helps. Keep on making vids! Fastback is still my go to, Ryobi is a great backup. (from the gentleman who had a hard time finding info about this utility knife ; )

Good question. I currently only have one Maxpedition pouch, Fatty, but just got it and haven't packed it out yet. It does have the same layout as the all good pouch but is much larger. As for quality, both seem well made, I do like the small amount of padding in the all good pouch and the zippered pocket on the inside, don't believe the smaller Maxpedition pouches have that option. I have a few viperade pouches that I like, but I would say the all good pouch is better quality, but not sure it is double the price better. This pouch fit a need for me, and I might buy another. What I have seen from viperade and the Maxpedition pouch, I have no issue buying those either. I probably didn't answer your question well, but since I generally lean toward budget friendly gear it is difficult for me to say it is that much better.
