  Hi, great channel. I have a pending case which I opened for damages 9k, the defendant opened the counterclaim which is not related to my claim and is claiming the same damages from his side. On the top of that he opened the additional claim which is exactly the same as the counterclaim....the only difference is that he added my partner to this new claim as the second named third party (he called us 20 part defendants on additional claim application). I had a hearing yesterday for jurisdiction and I raised up the duplicate claims...judge wasn't interested that topic...is it normal ?? Res judicata doesn't apply here?

  Coroner in my case knows there's been multiple deaths and has suspended our inquest so it can be investigated as corporate manslaughter. Wat I'm tryna say is coroner and police chief already know there's been multiple deaths but are gonna wait till case is finished before issuing if any a prevention of future deaths report. I'm saying it's negligent of the whole system if U know peoples are dying but U do nothing more than just follow proceedures. In my view coroner shud shut the place down immediately to prevent other deaths not wait till the end of the case. They knew there were multiple deaths before my sons death and had they shut it down immediately my son cud well still be alive. Slightest sign of multiple deaths coroner shud shut a place down immediately not wait and follow proceedures. If the coroner knows there's been multiple deaths and they don't act and others die is the coroner not guilty of utter neglect?

  The post office knew that they were innocent but convicted them and robbed them using the proceeds of crime law, which is the most corrupt piece of legislation and has been abused and misused by every law firm in the UK. This is because 50% of the money gets split between the police, judges, and barristers, which is their dirty little secret. Essentially, the reason why the police will not arrest anyone for this and why their counsel told the postmaster to plead guilty is that they are all working together. As Warren Buffet said, be careful of perverse incentives. What has happened to these 700-plus postmasters is tragic, but this is only the tip of an extremely large iceberg. I figure that 1/3 going through the UK legal system today are suffering some form of injustice. It's like the wild west; there is no accountability, the SRA, Legal Ombudsman, BAR counsel CCRC, LAW Society are just shell companies: DON’T ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING. Until there is massive change and I believe AI will be at centre of the courtroom. Everyone should keep a copy of the Archbold or Blackstone in their house and make sure you kids read it The UK Justice system has failed.

  After receiving my confiscation order years ago, I couldn't pay it and went to prison for the amount due as a civil prisoner and served my time for the equivalent of the confiscation orders tariff. After I got out and had several 'more' court appearances looking for the 'fantasy' money, the court finally settled for a weekly payment, this payment doesn't even meet the 'confiscation order interest rate' I never had the money they stated in the first place, that was spent, but I simply (couldn't prove I spent it) over years as I lived abroad and my numeric dyslexia was always going to play it's part, numbers were just a blur along with dates 🤷‍♂ I have this order until I die, I am a full-time carer, I think it is ridiculous and unjust in my circumstances, but what could I do. So for all the naughty people out there keep Every receipt for Every meal, beer, flight, hotel/B&B, fuel, clothes, hooker, car, taxi, food, electric, gas, water, etc basically 'basic living', because when the judge asks you where the money has gone, which you've lived off for years, and you can't go back to the third world countries you've visited, well you're in trouble. I understand that confiscation orders are needed, but common sense is also needed by the courts.

  Edinburgh has 9,285 unoccupied properties, according to FOI requests. Of these 8,589 are homes - that’s more than four times the 1,950 total reported by City of Edinburgh Council. Some are indeed owned by the City of Edinburgh Council. There are just 1,364 self-catering units on non-domestic rates,generating over £90m for the local economy. So, please tell me how are short-term lets the root cause of the housing crisis? Just maybe some people should look at real facts and empirical data, not anecdotes, hearsay and gaslighting.

  Hi thank you very informative. I am a existing leaseholder. May I know if i extend my lease now, will the freeholder still be able to increase my ground rent for the remaining period of your existing lease term? (I was being told that my ground rent will increase to 2360PA by 2045, im now paying 295) thank you again
