  Are retainers nesscary my dentist didn't recommend me to get them I only got frenectomy

  Hi! My dentist told me it was necessary for me to get them. I haven’t worn mine in like 5 months lol but my teeth haven’t moved at all and I took off my braces in May. Retainers are used for keeping your teeth in their place but I guess some dentist don’t recommend it

  Hi! Yes, I had 4 of my molars extracted because my teeth were overcrowded but only to get my braces out on. After that, I just got them off and got retainers.

  Hi! No, it actually didn’t hurt!! Just felt weird and a bit of pressure. What did hurt to me was when they were taking off the glue because of the amount of pressure my teeth felt but it won’t hurt anymore after that.

  Hi! I don’t know how long I have to have them on but they don’t take that long to put on. It takes about 1 minute and that’s it. The first time is weird and difficult but afterwards it’s super easy. Subscribe!! ❤️

  Hi! We upload once a week in general but since it’s vlogmas, we upload everyday. It’s the three of us thinking about ideas. We usually don’t have any 😅. Try to be consistent with uploading. Subscribe! 💗
