  Hi, Can you also let us know how to calculate the free slack in this example where we have multiple dependencies and lags. Also, although you highlighted the CP but please also advise how to calculate critical path (in days). Is it 15 (A) +3 (lag) +5 (B) +2 (C) +5 (Lag) +8 (D) +10 (F) =48? But the total duration of the project is 43.

  It’s an interesting question. The two terms can be used equally in some contexts. I like the concept in which purchasing is used to acquire goods. Procurement has a broader meaning. It describes the act of acquiring gods and/or contracting services.

  Thank you, Very informative video, If you were tasked to do the network diagram for the entire project of a very complex project with an enormous wbs do you have to use all the activities under each of the different work packages when drawing the AON? or at which level of the WBS should you stop

  Thanks for the question! The basic rule is that the work package should have one owner, one manager, supervisor, or team responsible for the activities. In the Project Management perspective, the work package represents a unit of work that can be controlled. It doesn’t not need to represent all activities in detailed.

  Hi, thanks for the question! No the ID do not need to be in sequence in the AON chart. Actually, it is very difficult try to do it in project with more than 20 activities. Hope it helps!
