Bigger fish, I would just not use the cap. You could have made a bigger hole with soldering iron. That is what I use for things like this. Going to burn some holes at the bottom too, so it drains the water out. I'm trying to catch adult pygmy cory and move some over to another tank. Why put a hanger thing too? Just reach in a pull it out. I will not be using tape at all.

The cold will drop the temp in your tank, you should defrost them first

I get ocean free blood worms, when I wash it with water, water became totally red... Is that any problem?

I just add the cubes to my tank and I dont do any of these steps. My fish have to much fun just eating the cubes. But, I could see them taking their time eating them if I soaked the blood worms.

the worms are too cold it will hurt your fish, they get brainfreeze just like when you bite down on very cold icecream

Well idk about that last comment, I am going to need source on that. But it is true that they are too cold. It will drop the temp in your tank and stress your fish out

@@michaelross3061 a cube of blood warms is not enough to drop the temp even 1 degree in a 10 gallon let alone a big tank. the cube is melted in seconds.

I feel like that's wierd though tank water is where they poop and pee why would you just feed them worms filled with tank water as the worms moisture No hate just saying how I feel

It's because adding water everyday like that can throw off water parameters. It's more important for people who have an established maintenance routine and don't want to throw it off. Especially in heavily planted/c02 diffused tanks

The adhesive on the tape is toxic. I make the same trap, but simply cut a small hole and tie the string..

Seems a long winded process.... I just let them defrost in a glass of tank water and then feed them, never had any problems 👍

@Daily Dose of Rips you shouldn't do that. Defrost it just for 5/10 mins at least. Frozen food doesn't do there insides any good, weather they seem fine or not

Saitama One Punch Man Yeah actually, they start to resurrect once they are thawed. And they also start jumping out of the water, some will even eat your fish from the inside like a parasite.

The Bacteria is already eliminated, because they froze them in the freezer that's why they were in a cube shape And because they are frozen, all the bacteria has been eliminated due to the cold 🥶 :)

They should not be able to because they are essentially not smart enough. This is also known as a minnow trap. It works the same way.
