I follow it by this boy got it though I didn’t realize how soft everyone on the Internet is that they would take something like that as hate good lord and secondly I’ve taken tae kwon do and some jujitsu in which I do fairly well not the best but I’m definitely learning but I’m not trying to prove anything just an innocent comment.   You do make a fair point. Digging deeper, the term fanatic itself originates from Latin's "fanaticus", meaning "pertaining to a temple, inspired by a divinity" (dictionary.com). In sports and entertainment 'fan' implies support, enthusiasm, and community. Metaphorically it implies fanning the fire, adding fuel. So while I see your point, I'd still rather be a fan than a follower. How 'bout you?

  It’s definitely not necessary, only a personal preference - I use it for smooth stopping down or up as I move through lighting environments vs stopping down with ISO or aperture.
