How do you glue sayings onto circle? 10:48
Hello! For intricate dies like these, I recommend using a dry adhesive like Sticky Specks. These are micro-dots of adhesive that come on sheets. You lightly press your die-cut onto the sheet of dots, then lift up and you're ready to add the piece to your surface. These are available at Paper Wishes. Hope that helps!
Beautiful ❤ and simple
Thank you! :)
Thank you for sharing. I have two collections from the Couture line..the gift of Christmas and stylish Christmas collections. Both sets came with no instructions. Do you know where I can find instructions or tutorials for these die sets. Thank you
Hi Virginia, oh boy... I'm sorry to say that I haven't worked with either one of those collections, so I don't have first-hand experience. Here are two options you could try: First, enter "Couture" as a search term on Pinterest... I can see there are a LOT of project ideas, so that might be one place to find cards using the two sets you have. (www.pinterest.com/cnyscrapper/couture-collection-dies/) The second is the Couture group on Facebook. Again, enter that name ("Couture Dies Crafting") into the Facebook search box. This is a private group, but you can send a request to join. It's been a long time since it was updated, since the dies are a bit older, but there are project examples and maybe you'll connect with someone who has an idea of how to use the collections you have. I'm sorry I can't be of more help, hopefully this can lead to some ideas for you.
@@SaraNaumann291 thank you so very much for the resources!🤗🤗
Whenever i do this this the tape immediately comes off. Am i usj g the wrong tape.
Hi Margaret! Are you using regular packing tape (like the kind you get at a hardware store or even grocery store)? That's the kind I use. Also, very often there's not enough "stick" left on the tape, in which case you can add some adhesive in the areas that are darker on your photo. You can also use brads or other paper fasteners for a mixed-media style. Hope that helps! :)
Excellent video! Simple, but beautiful techniques! Thank you Sara! 😄
Thanks, Sandy! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Rice paper is such fun to work with. :)
Thank you know how to do other things 😊
Thank you for watching, Sonya!
Good afternoon Sara, I did multiple tentative with various stamps but even being very gentle, I keep removing the alcohol ink! In order to fix the problem, I decided to let the alcohol ink dry longer but it is still not working. Perhaps I should use more solid stamps and not some with too many lacy details… your thoughts/tips? I love the technique and hope to be able to master it! Thanks! Lorraine
Hi Lorraine! :) It definitely is a technique that you have to practice with. Even in this video, I accidentally removed some of the alcohol ink! One thing I can emphasize is that when you're starting to remove the black ink, be sure to ONLY blot with your rag-just straight down, then up again to remove most of the ink. Then a bit more, the next go-round. And always keep close to the image. You're right in that bolder images are easier to contend with, since there are fewer delicate areas... I imagine a bold silhouette stamp of a pear or apple would be a good one. Hope this helps and never fear, you'll get this-but it for sure takes practice! :)
I'm envisioning a Thanksgiving card.
Oh, for sure! It's so easy to adapt these techniques to lots of card-giving occasions!
Thanks for sharing ways to use Dura-Lar!
Can you centralise the words instead of having them to far to the right ?
Hi Natalie-I'm not exactly sure what you mean about centralizing but I imagine you could use the single space tab?
Thank you from Hamburg Germany
*Absolutely love the **Bestt.Digital** Label Printer! I have needed a label printer to make shipping orders so much easier but the fact that i got it in such a pretty color. Top notch! Prints nicely*
Please can you tell me how you are able to print in white. I have the Brother P-touch H100LB
Hi Julia, I am sorry to say I don't think I can help you! My labeller is different from the one you have-I had a look at another YT video and it seems yours has a "style" button in the center of the panel. That would be my first option to try to change the font color. I would play around with the one I used in my video but it seems to have gone missing. If it doesn't tell you in the instructions, you might look on the Brother website: www.brother-usa.com/home/label-printers/makers#sort=relevancy Sorry I can't be more of a help and I hope you're able to find the answer!
@@SaraNaumann291 thank you very much for getting back to me. I’ve learnt a lot watching your videos
@@juliabeckett5495 Thanks, Julia. Good luck with your labeller! :)
Hi Ms. Sara, please say hi to your daughter from me her friend from 4b Your Mishi

To get this information in another language-I believe you're asking for it to be in Hindi?-then I'd suggest changing your settings to have subtitles. Hope that helps.
Thank you so much for how you show in a way to use the machine it has helped my greatly again thank you.
So neat! Love this 🥰 thank you for sharing 💕
I found a 6” wide packing tape on Amazon. So what you are doing is making a customized sticker? Amazing that the inks transfer to the packing tape! Thank you for an easy to watch video with clear explanations
Hi Roberta, yes it is a bit like making a sticker... only the tape won't be quite so sticky after the water and handling. That's why I suggest you use additional methods of securing it down. THere will be some stickiness, though. :) So glad you found some tape and enjoy your crafting!

You're very welcome!
Hello Sara! I have both office printers (Laser and InkJet) to print. I wonder that which decal papers can I apply to the glazed surface ceramic? Are those papers self-lacquered? Also I will put my products in the oven between 800-1000 degrees after printing.
Hi Cihan, I've not used Lazertran on ceramics before so I'm going to recommend you check out some of the tutorials on the Lazertran website. Here's one that's specifically ceramics: lazertran.com/tutorials/ceramic-tile-panel-en.html They also have a free workshop download that might five you more specific information. Hope this helps and good luck with your projects! :) Sara
@@SaraNaumann291 Thank you so much!

Thank you Sara lovely video have a beautiful week
Thanks, Chris! Hope you’re well! :)
Nice looking rice paper....I like the little booklet that you made......TFS
They’re so easy to make, and get a bit addictive! :)
You always have the coolest products that are quite unfamiliar to many of us. What is the difference in Dura lar and transparency film?
Hi Jean, Dura Lar is a kind of transparency film... it comes in clear as well as a frosted matte version that's also a lot of fun!
Thank you, Sara, love the rub on stickers a beautiful design through all this collection though, have a beautiful weekend x x x x x
Hi Chris! :) I know, the rub-ons are gorgeous and very different designs, too. Hope you have a great weekend too!
If you used white berries and flipped the winter foliage die upside down, you could create some really cute mistletoe.
Great idea, Jean!!!
Such good ideas. Since the video did not show completion of the last idea, can we assume you were using the negative part of the chipboard shapes as a stencil? I do love products that can be used in more than one way.
Hi Jean, thanks for pointing that out. Unfortunately it looks like the end was cut off. You can see the complete video at the Paper Wishes site. (www.paperwishes.com/webisodes/?page=high&id=1062) But in answer to your question-no, I was making a lighter mix of Polish to color a piece of chipboard. However, you could definitely use the negative space as a stencil!
I love how you fully decorate the inside of your cards. This collection is gorgeous, and your card designs really bring out the beauty and versatility of each piece.
Thank you, Jean. :) Yes, the collection is so pretty and makes it really effortless to create cards with really beautiful imagery.
Hello Sara. thanks for the video. I am going to buy gesso. Do you know if there is a difference between clear and white gesso for transfer?
Hi Ciglid, both will work for transfers. White gesso is probably the most common and easiest to find. Enjoy!
@@SaraNaumann291 Thanks!
Lolol I gave away an Insta Pot and bought another manual Crock Pot. I wish I could find my turn and punch labeled that is 50 years old: pre computer!
Wow, I have to try this. Thanks
Have you ever tried this with clear contact paper? If it works, the larger size would allow you to do larger images without having visible tape seams.
I haven't tried that-- clear contact paper isn't widely available where I live. But it would be great to try it, since I *think* you could get a pretty cool effect! :)
@@SaraNaumann291 I have some somewhere, but I've never tried doing anything like this with it.
@@lurkerrekrul If you do, I'd love to hear how it goes! :)
How pretty is that
Thank you
HI, Not sure if you printed from an inkjet printer or from a LASER (toner) printer. I’d like to apply onto wood, and Lazertran.com tells you to apply a heavy amount of pure turpentine, Well, no matter how much I apply to wood, the lazertran curls and will not stick! Any thoughts?
Very informative. The video ends before the demo, did, unfortunately (mid-blend of the green and snow). Have to admit I didn't care for some of the color combos or designs, but the techniques will be useful.
Hi Candy, it looks like the video didn't upload properly. To see the whole video, you might check the Paper Wishes website: www.paperwishes.com/webisodes/?page=high&id=1062 Hope that helps, too bad you weren't happy with the colors or designs so I'm glad you found some techniques useful. --Sara
Love the papers and the designs. It's impossible to see the embossing powder solidify or to even see the lightest color, though.
Hello Candy, I'm so glad you like the papers and designs. Yes, filming light-colored embossing powder can be challenging. - Sara
Thank you, Sara, I love the timepiece card but they are all wonderful,, and adding small detailed embossing to the background papers is a fabulous idea thank you, Have a beautiful week x x
Thank you, Chris! And you have a beautiful week, too! :)
Love the cards, so elegant. The designs in the paper is so pretty. Love the colors of the embossing powders reminds me of so many beautiful flowers.
Thank you for watching, Maureen. I agree, the papers are beautiful and go so perfectly with the powders!
The card is absolutely exquisite.
