Interesting watch, but strikes me as a pretty big overkill in some areas. If your weight isn't increasing, fitness is good, there is no point staying away from this or that. Also, those pills do basically nothing. It's been clinically proven that synthetic vitamins and stuff bring nothing to the body. One simply gets more vitamins in from going down on the wife than eating pills. All in all, fingers crossed for a good season, and hope to see you in the front of the superbike pack again!

Well done Scott, off season training is critical and your on it, always remember it's horses for courses, they couldn't throw a world superbike around the tracks like you can, so your doing your part for BMW let's hope they can give you the bike you want to bring home the silverware in return mate because we all know if they can you'll deliver for them

Aleix Espargaró, who even contemplated retiring during the 2021 season and was contemplating a move into pro cycling (at Movistar), is keeping fit on the road bike in Andorra. In the middle of the week he completed a training ride over 188 km and 3400 meters in altitude at a remarkable average speed of 30 km/h. Scott❤ do you think you can beat him..?..🤔 Greetings from Frankfurt Germany

I've only seen the tour series from the outside. It's interesting to see it from the bunch and with those numbers. Brutal. I guess it's a case of getting the races under your belt as it's hard to replicate that intensity in training.

@@scottredding45 ah nice one, at least BC starting to see some sense, having race footage getting thousands of views will only open the sport up and encourage people to try it and hopefully for sponsors to see more value. Uk racing scene needs as much support as it can get!
