  my sw has around 77/97% crit rate there, depending on whether her sig is active. fu xuan has either 90/98 crit rate depending on if her disciple had a stack or not.

  Its memory of caos. The crit damage comes from sparkle and broken kneel and 3k attack is very normal for a dps, even my guinaifen has 3k atk

  Sparkle, and Sparkle. Sparkle is giving like 85% atk because of her trace that wants Quantum allies and e1, and she gives a ton of crit dmg to her targeted ally, and based on another comment she's e6s5. This is a premium Sparkle so the boosts are higher than normal.

  No competitive player has ever said that. In most cases (both on smogon or in vgc) moves with average accuracy 70%-90% are almost always a direct upgrade from lower power moves. Sleep powder is common on mons like Venosaur and that’s because the reward always outweighs the very low chance for the risk. I mean, for Christ’s sake, Ting Lu with fissure epidemic was literally earlier this same year.   sparkles e6s5, sw is e2s5 and in a semi crit build. i say semi bc i heavily focused spd, she’s 174, so her crit stats are mid but sparkle gives me like 270 odd cdmg so its fine.

  Im pretty sure seele and dhil (maybe dr ratio too) are the only dps that can do this with sustain but needs investment, mainly due to weakness typing and skill point usage to damage sam's combustion state. Jingliu and Blade even e6 cant due to elemental res and their enhanced states not consuming skill points.
