9:16 - 9:25 Yeah, no.....@EyeSchoolwithDrD brown eyed peolple tend to dislike their own eye color, because its a super mega common trait in humans and they rerely if ever get compliments about their eye color specifically, its considered a dull, generic and unremarkable trait. Thats what i noticed when did some research about this issue (brown eyed) people have, its kinda sad, so lots of people who dislike their own brown iris will not take your message seriously, they will continue hating thir own eye color :/. Also, you dont have have brown eyes, so this can potentially make this advice even more irrelevant to them.

Hello can you advise if Optase and Blink are similar? I was thinking of trying the Optase however I have tried Blink and it seemed to help for about 2-3 weeks then my eyes gotten worse with irritation and more redness. I have severe dry eyes due to having Graves disease many years ago and have tired lots of drops/treatments that have helped for a little while then stopped. I need to find a drop that will relieve dryness and redness. I need some sort of relief and warm compresses do not help it worsens my eyes. Please share your thoughts as I would greatly appreciate. Thank you

** BEWARE- I have severe dry eye and was prescribed this and after a week, while I had tears finally form in my eyes the SIDE EFFECT was VERTIGO and it took A MONTH to go away. I could NOT drive or stay focused at work. BE CAUTIOUS. I don’t wish vertigo aka severe dizziness on anyone.

I too swear by the Similisan drops! Have helped cleared my styes immediately for years. Unfortunately, I seems that the FDA found out how amazing and beneficial they are and of course, they recalled them and pulled them off the market😡 Can't find them anywhere😔

Ok, I found something that might help some of you. If it itches, dab with Vaseline. That is helping me right now. When i shower i use the hotness water i can take. I dab Vaseline wherever it iches and scratch the area and i see tiny black dots or tiny long black things on my hands and wash them down the drain. I do not itch as much. Vaseline is the key because it smothers them.

There are 900 THOUSAND different kinds of mites! That is why some of us are describing different types of mites on our bodies. Of course, not all live on human bodies, but that's beside the point.

I've had cataract surgery 20 days ago. Thank God only one eye! I seem to be the only person in the world who has had problems. Firstly excruciating pain, starting as soon as the local anaesthetic wore off. Pain like daggers stabbing into the eye. No one mentioned pain or pain relief. In desperation, after several hours of agony, I fumbled around on my phone, managed to get my GP who said it would be ok to take some painkillers. I did and the blessed relief. I have had only minor low key occasional fleeting pain since. The morning after surgery I was blind in the eye. A deep grey mist. I had to return to the hospital for the checkup that morning. Despite being blind I was told all was well! The next day I was still unable to see, a thick white mist was covering my vision. Someone took me back to the hospital and a very grumpy Dr. said it was perfectly ok. Well it's not perfectly ok. I can now see like through a blurred lens. It doesn't improve. I have followed all instructions, endless drops...I have been for another checkup, I have been through many eye examinations. Thank God, again, I have been told the macular ect are ok.....can I trust these people??? I still have much worse sight than before. They have ruined me. They say the sac clouded over immediately after surgery???? I don't believe something could happen that fast. At the moment I can see light. I'm afraid if they start messing about I will lose what little vision I have! Anyone got any advice???

I have a question. When I went to the fda website to see examples of what ingredients to look for, one example is trifluoropropyl cyclopentasiloxane. I have yet to find this full name listed on any product I have but I have found several that just list cyclopentasiloxane. Do we know if they're leaving the fluoro part out or if it's a different compound altogether? Thanks

She's not an ophthalmologist and therefore does not do eye surgery. So I suggest not sitting and watching her read information to you. You can do the research online or speak with a surgeon. This is just another opportunity for her to sell her recommended products via her affiliate links? It's shameful.

I got my first RF and IPL today. RF is nice treatment. I felt my eyes produce oil that warm compress doesn’t help me. It’s a comforting process. If your glands are clogged , this treatment could help. They did IPL right after RF for me. This isn’t a comforting treatment😢. I do have a lot of red vessels appear in eyes / inflammation so I hope IPL helps with it. They’re expensive tho. Each section of each treatment is $450. $450* 2 = $900. The whole treatment is 4 times ( every 3 weeks) . Math :$900*4 = $3600. The clinic offers me whole treatment is $3000.
