  Logitech is garbage, these headphones are garbage, can't stop them from lighting up without G-Hub, the world's worst software solution. I don't want a rainbow on my ears every time I connect to anything that doesn't have G-Hub installed. Can't find a solution. Logitech support doesn't support these headphones anymore. I have had it with this company. Don't buy logitech

  The headset is too quiet everyone says its either the game voice balance the volume knob or the game volume or the volume mixer on windows however with everything turned up and 2.5ghz wifi turned off astro a50s and my a50x all are too quiet always leaving lots to be desired does anyone know how to make them actually louder its not user error I’ve troubleshooted them for years i would call them loud enough to hear but footsteps can be really tricky which is bot right for a 300$ headset

  Don't worry about plugging it into the wall. Just use a adapter, or plugged slightly into type c on motherboard if yours has it. That's what I did and it makes my set up look so much better.
