    Hello! I’m doing well! Hope you too. Thanks for the great song suggestion. In that song I hear 2 parts. The low part sounds like a baritone guitar. Are you in interested in the higher guitar part?

    So I think I have the parts worked out. I could hand write the tabs and record the guitar only part. And upload a quick video showing an image of the hand written tab and the audio of the guitar part. (No video of me playing). Would that work for you? If you’d like the same format as my other videos then it might take a bit longer.

    On the Strymon Big Sky there is an “infinite” function where when activated the reverb sustains and continues to add any new notes that is played.

    Interesting! Did you measure the DC resistance of the bridge pickups, and their distance from the strings to be exactly same? It seems common knowledge that pickup covers attenuate the high frequencies some. However, I've had the experience that pickup covers also attenuate low frequencies, and it is very audible in these clips also. In fact, to my ears the attenuation of bass frequencies strikes even more prominent than the attenuation of treble.

    Great Tone! Great Feel! The timing, dynamics in your playing... All Top notch! This has been one of those songs that's "easy" and yet I checked out a bunch of videos to see how I can make it "sparkle." This is my favorite version. Thanks bro

    Yeah putting wet effects in front of a slightly dirty amp gives a very cool squishy break up that actually works well with P+W. I recently started doing that and I’m liking how it sounds. It’s like running a full pedalboard straight into an amp.

    I actually make a string of patches in order of the song sections. So I’m just clicking an aux pedal for “next patch” and all the changes are built into that patch. So my pedal clicking action isn’t too exciting. 😀

    Hey WGR, great comparison! I'm listening through Beyer Dynamics DT990s and can't hear a huge difference other than the radial being a bit darker. I'm trying to decide on one of these after my Helix Stomp for worship bass. Thoughts?

  • @WorshipGuitarRiffs
    @WorshipGuitarRiffs8 ай бұрын

    Hello! I don’t have experience with bass and the stomp, but I think digital units like the stomp benefit from a Line Isolator (Pinstripe) instead of a Direct Box for a more unadulterated signal path.

    Great stuff! How does the Fender compare with your Tom Anderson’s?

  • @WorshipGuitarRiffs
    @WorshipGuitarRiffs9 ай бұрын

    The Fender Ultra is a great guitar. The Gen 5 noiseless pickups are the best version yet. Brighter and more attack than the SC’s on the Anderson. Ultra has a satin neck, but it has a hint of stickiness when playing long. For playability and intonation, nothing beats the Anderson.
