Who the hell you think you are? If anyone isn’t tough it’s you sitting behind a screen talkin crap thinking it’s going to help you in life. Since you are so tough why don’t we meet up somewhere and figure out who is really tough. So why don’t you get out from behind the screen and go touch some grass, get some sunlight on your skin, and loss some weight because we all know that you are out of shape. Have a shitty day 😊

Trained a long time, never a fan of the traditional bowing or calling my coach anything but coach or his name. It is only a means to feed the ego of the instructor despite martial arts claiming to curb the ego, it doesnt curb the ego of the 'master'.

I trained in competitive judo, and I've never heard of the term "coach" used in practice or competition. My uncle was my sensei (5th degree black belt) and off mat I'd call him uncle, but on mat I'd call him sensei out of respect. I also bowed on/off mat and had to learn 50+ words in Japanese. Martial arts is all about respect, and Master is a title earned.

@EarzOnTunz2 жыл бұрын
yeah be really careful on the slides ... even the one at my neighborhood park sprained my ankle. I took a study break and walked to the park. It was a curvy kiddie slide and I was too long and I had to write a term paper with my swollen ankle propped up... uff. Hope it didn't give you too much trouble. Also they say now to wear your nose clips and avoid having lake or stream water forced up your nose due to the occasional presence of brain eating bacteria. If the water doesn't go up your nose forcibly, they say you should be fine but jumping in, sliding and diving can be an issue if the bacteria is present and from reading seems like it can be present in any body of water. I'm still gonna swim but I do use nose plugs or nose clips just to be on the safer side.
