  The old buildings not having bomb shelters could be reinforced with iron fabrication reinforcement if the israelis think innovatively though there will be an initial cost. Due to budgetary constraints, maybe this building reinforcement could happen or be planned over many years according to some intelligent prioritising

  The consumables must be all coming from Europe mostly. So Balance of trade is skewed towards Europe and the USA as Israel must be producing very little and importing a lot. Therefore its so costly besides the cost of the threat of perpetual state of war

  Each israeli house or building should have had photovoltaic generation during daylight hours since Israel is mostly desert and manage with battery power during night time hours, given the advanced state of development of the country. Its strange that electricity billing is so costly in the country since this is a one time capital/infrastructure investment. Govt mismanagement shows.

I'm sure lessons on speaking from two sides of your mouth are given to new arrivals to Israel right alongside those "free Hebrew classes" she was talking about earlier. Now she's Israeli, now she's Indian, then it's "as an Israeli..." then it's "us Indians". There is clearly no honesty in her, and she shows us that making a decision to emigrate to Israel is also a decision in surrendering one's own conscience and humanity and espouse Israel's culture of lies and deceit.   She is misinformed. She said there are no Muslim countries with Jews living therein. There are Jews living in central Asia, Pakistan, North Africa and a very sizeable Jewish minority living in Iran which has the third largest Jewish population after Israel and the U.S. Also, there were even more sizeable Jewish populations living in Muslim countries but they made "Aliya" to Israel in exactly the same way she left India for Israel, so she really needs to check her 'facts' when she says "none"@Muslim countries with Jews living therein. Muslim countries have hosted Jews for thousands of years and you can find this when you look at the "Sefaradic" Jewish population of Iran which mainly has Jews from Muslim countries i.e Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Iran, Pakistan. Algeria, Morocco etc. And wtf is she talking about "pro-hamas rallies"? Name me one rally where someone has lauded Hamas. All the rallies around the world are pro-Palestinian rallies asking for a ceasefire as the biggest victim of this Israeli genocide of Palestinians and complete destruction of Gaza, are women and children. "Pro-Hamas" my foot; the only one who is "pro-Hamas" are Netanyahu and the Israeli government who want an excuse to exterminate as many Palestinians as is possible. And Omg she said Hamas terrorists are dressed up as civilians. Are the women and majority victims of Israel's killings which are children, all "hamas terrorists"?   Don't make up nonsense here. There are no Islamic texts which have "hate against Jews". These people are colonists. They are colonizing and killing an aboriginal population in the same way the British colonized you indians. And if by the "common people", you mean Palestinians, and yes of course they do not want to be colonized, and want the settlers i.e jewish colonists to leave their land. You cant expect them to participate in their own dihumanization.
