I dont think many people realize that DC and Marvel shared a lot of the same writers for the longest of times, so both having similar characters could just be writers who were low on time and just needed to produce something fast and where dry on ideas

She is also Marvel's pastiche of Wonder Woman maybe... just maybe, one day you will do serious research and not come up with random theories!

Vision is literally based on the original androud Human Torch, Jim Hammond, who first appeared in Marvel Comics #1 October 1939. Ultron later turned the Human Torch into The Vision.
