  Stranglethorn is TOUGH. Probably the first zone where the game starts punishing the player for not paying attention to their surroundings. Very easy to get overwhelmed.

  Well you're not wrong.. it's so much dialog and cinematics.. I myself prefer the classic leveling experience. But I do like to play the new expansions so that's why I'm leveling this character :)

  Thanks for watching the videos :) I think each version if WoW has its pro’s and cons but I do love the challenge classic servers provide, retail leveling is too easy.. which is sad imo.

  You see a few people here and there, but there's not much interaction. My videos and playstyle focus more on a "relaxing" and solo experience. However, if you're interested in elite quests and dungeons, I think there's definitely a place for that in Classic SoD.

  blood elf mage was my 1st character. Always scared of 2 or more npc. always dead almost. love the music. I will allways remember my wish to ride anything but hawkstrider. ty

  I agree, although I still play retail WoW and also love it, I must admit that Classic feels much more relaxing and immersive. The world just feels larger.

  Same here. I hate replaying or rewatching anything. Movies, games, series... Just dark souls I could play about 7 times, but wow is different. I stop but ALWAYS come back, mainly the old maps brings me memories of a past that I really loved.

  I’ve payed wow for about 10 years now and only play a retribution paladin. I have 15 in retail and 3 in cata and 3 in classic. Everything else I play is trash to me.

  Dun Morogh is a stunning zone. I think, the best start zone in the game. I'm watching these while working at home. Really enjoying them. Would you be tempted to try a Tauren or Orc Shaman on Self Found?

  @@KathrynB621 I once came up with a Tolkieneqsue dwarven name based on my name, which I often use on dwarf hunters, and that is Gwerin. Otherwise, these days I actually like to use German words that describe the character rather than come up with a name. German for "mountaineer" is "Gebirgsjäger", for example, so I used that on a Hard Core Dwarf hunter, and I used "Kampfzwerg" (battle dwarf) for a Hard Core dwarf warrior.

  One of the hardest things as a Paladin back in vanilla BC was getting your epic mount. My god the amount of dungeons, grinding, materilas, at that time was grulling and EXPENSIVE, lucky i was a transmutation SPEC' Alchemist which helped A LOT, And had another friend who also was a Paladin with Jewel crafting
