  Very beautiful house, pinagplanuhan ng mabuti ng architect. Pansin ko lang yung house construction sa labas ng pool, pag tinayuan yun ng mataas na bahay mawawala na yung view ng Sierra Mountain range. Attic room can be used as kids playroom? 👌

  Hi 😊 Yes the attic room can turn into playroom as long as they can access thru the ladder but still it the buyer’s discretion on what function he/wants it to be hehe its just an idea po as I remembered when I was a kid I would love to climb/ go somewhere that’s challenging. Hehe
