OK, no he is in the correct lane to be driving slow if you are in the right lane the left lane should always be moving faster than you if you are in the middle lane you should be moving faster than the right lane but slower than the left lane if you were in the left lane that lane is for lawbreakers and passing so avoid that lane If somebody comes up behind you in the left lane, just move over let them pass. people really need to start getting the hang of this should be on driving test
