    Acv is a myth trust me mene bohot pia he, bina acv ke weight loss kia he mene, agar peso ka dikkat he to acv na leke waha se thoda save kia jaa sakta he unless ameer ho to lelo kya farak padega.

    I minimum hav 3.5 liters of water... i always hav a water bottle in hand.. and sip it every time.. through out the day..

    I know its not the healthy food.. but I got only this since I was out.. that day I had only my lunch so the calories in Burger Wil not affect my weightloss.. and it had only veggies and patty.. which Wil be around 350+ calories...

    This is a slow process...still we can lose weight...

    @@prabhiscreations4866 it will take you 2-3 years, i run 4kms in the morning which is 6k steps and then workout with diet but still very hard to get those lbs. So eat mindfully
