Recipe🤝 Ingredients: Base: 30g Oat flour 10g nut butter of choice 10g grass fed butter 10g honey Pinch of Celtic sea salt Cacao Topping: 100g Quark 50g Greek yogurt 10g Cacao powder 5g Honey 1. Melt butter, nut butter, honey in a pan and mix 2. Add oats and a pinch of Celtic sea salt and mix until combined 3. Add the mix into a container and flatten evenly 4. Place the base into the fridge until set 5. For the cacao cheese topping add quark, Greek yogurt, cacao powder and more honey to a bowl and mix until combined 6. Once the oat layer has set add your cacao topping evenly and place into the fridge for a few hours or overnight until set 7. Top with dark chocolate (85% or higher) shavings and enjoy!

I use Greek yoghurt as it’s the most natural also it’s slightly more creamy so makes it good for mixing 🤝 But Greek style will be an ok alternative too 🙌🏼

Very healthy, but do you get bored by the taste though? Whenever I eat clean I find I end up having to eat large quantities of food (I'm bulking as a hard gainer) and end up with a deep hatred for a lot of food for a while (like oats, almonds, peanut butter etc.) and have to stop eating them for a while before I can stomach these foods again. Also I think whole food is a lot more expensive, what do you think?

I don’t get bored of it no. But that’s what my pages are about. I try to create recipes with these real foods that actually taste good to help me stick to eating whole foods. I would say you can do it for as cheap or expensive as you like really just gotta be smart with it 🙌🏼
