    So you have flash equipment that you know how to use, but how does this video show anything apart from the fact that you know what you are doing. Perhaps a bit of explanation would assist a lot.

    You have it all wrong. The rail could bend and collapse at the knee brace. The positions should be reversed; the brace on top, and extended all the way to the end of the trolly beam.Don't know what that wall is made of, but this looks like a casualty waiting to happen.

    There has to be one heck of a post or I-beam the jib crane is attached to behind the stucco as 2x4 or 2x6 walls would never hold. But beautifully done.

  • @techeteri

    This is dangerous design and can bring down the wall. How did you calculate it to hold a ton? Hmmm... No!

  • @makeityourself5016
    @makeityourself50169 ай бұрын

    It is dangerous, indeed. If not implemented properly. It needs reinforced cocrete wall to hold that much. Regular bricks would just colapse.

    Great welds - super project - question on your weld technique - almost looks like you are using a type of "whip" nozzle movement, when most mig guys use more of a circular nozzle movement. Is that correct? Whatever you are doing, produced a very even seam. Nice job.

  • @makeityourself5016
    @makeityourself50164 ай бұрын

    Hello. Yes, that's one of the techinques. I believe its not recomended for begginers because you can end up with lack of fusion. But if you know how to stay on the leading edge of the puddle it's just perfect. I like that technique the most. I had my welds tested and i did penetration test and they were all good. That circular motion is used with lower currents. Its not used in spray transfer, just in short circuit mig or globular. .

    @@ericlyons6251 and you still did not learn anything. Maybe I should have used more of them. I should have known that you are one of those people who reject constructive comments. Just remember that for every negative comment you see that there's at least 26 other people who wanted to say something but were afraid to. So multiply every negative/constructive comment by 27. But if you love Missusing words you might as well refer to every Chevy as a ford, and every motorhome as a Winnebago, and every four wheel drive does a Jeep, and hundreds of other misused words in our language.
