  Hoy, que se retiró, no está mal esto de venir a ver partidos de la que para mí fue su mejor época en la NBA, aunque fuera breve. En ningún lado se le vio tan suelto allá como con estos Kings. ¿Cómo habría sido su carrera si hubiera permanecido allí? Nunca lo sabremos... pero sí sabemos lo que fue aun con todo, un carrerón de alguien de talento infinito. Gracias por todo.

  This one started as an "exhibition" but soon it became a real match in which no one wanted to loose and all players did not spare themselves. Maybe LA Lakers did not expect a Barcelona so determined and they probably had not deeply studied Barcelona's schemes, strenght or weaknesses, and Barcelona was very strong that year.

  I wish I could find the FSN version of this game. It was the only NBA game that I ever shot. I was on the crew for the Portland feed. I was the cameraman under the basket on the left side. I was dumb enough to try to walk into that Hornets huddle--only to have Byron Scott kick me out.

  This is horrible take NBA teams have a 89 percent win percentage against world teams and the Lakers with this loss where Kobe didn't even play Kobe minutes is a lowly 83 percent vs the world . This is preseason for the NBA team, not the NBA finals so most of these game features long break in actions from nba teams best players . So he is 100 percent wrong Barcelona wouldn't even make the playoffs in an actual NBA year

  @@k-ri2023 I can agree with you.Of course a NBA team would have won 99% of matchs.But an INTERCONTINENTAL match should be played anyway. Once in a year.And about the respect of Basket fans worldwide. It's about the movement and the motivation that European teams at least they keep ad put on trying to beat the NBA Champions. And second thing: with EU rules probably NBA teams would be more limited in the final score.

  4:20 Así de impresionante era Pau Gasol en su prime, que velocidad!! Siempre fue muy talentoso, su repertorio era muy grande, con gran asociación e IQ alto. Me ha sorprendido Yao porque normalmente cuando te encuentras con jugadores de tal envergadura (dudo si hubo alguno más grande que Yao) lo normal es que sea un jugador patoso, con muchos problemas de sincronización. Yo vi jugar a Yao en su momento y tuve y mantengo que Pau era superior técnicamente, pero independientemente aquí veo un Yao MIng con un talento tremendo, muy bueno en ejecución. Prácticamente imparable. No creo justo compararlos, no entre al vídeo por eso, pero voy a hacerlo 😂 Solo destacar que Ming con ese físico y su habilidad era casi indefendible. Como lo paras!! Como lo atacas!? Ese era Yao Ming. Y por otro lado pues un poco parecido al menos en ataque (en defensa Pau tenia sus recursos pero no llega a Ming), ves atacar a Gasol y piensas… no va a ser posible que entre a canasta, que supere ese muro. Y lo hace! Además Gasol era más completo, con su inteligencia conseguía más para su equipo. Jugadores extraordinarios, no por nada ambos Hall of fame. (Lástima Yao por no haber podido tener una carrera más longeva, aún y así logró el HOF)
