  I’m at work looking at this and my buddy said you should do this exact video in Myrtle but with a 360 cam. Put my phone in a VR headset and look around while I’m running the treadmill. That would be epic

  My friend fell off this in the early 90's and had to have part of her arm skin grafted from the injury. Scared me enough that I have never been on it.

  That happened to my ex-husband as well. He didn't use the brake at all and then somehow the sled slipped out from underneath him on a turn and he slid on the slide about 10ft. It was awful. We ended up at hospital for hours while they cleaned and stitched him up. One "scrape" on his knee was so deep you could see the bone.

  Nice power walk for me. If anyone is interested. Reduce playback to 75% and power walk at 5 Kmh from the first bridge before the Ferris wheel to the turnaround and back is exactly 3 K. A great workout at 74. Thanks for publishing this great beach walk. (Spain)

  Nice content. Are you using a gimble? Do you carry it in your hand the whole time. I am trying one out for my videos but have not figured out how to manage it for really long runs.

  Thank you for watching. Yes, I use a Gopro Karma Grip and carry it in my hand whole time. The longest run I did with the Karma Grip was 50 minutes for 6 miles and my right shoulder felt really tired at the end.
