  I’m glad u survived 76ibs and are able to share ur story. I’m 79 ibs and so worried about organs failing yettttt I can’t eat more. My stomach is smaller. I’m depressed to go eat and feel worse pain I’m depressed that I don’t want to eat and can’t eat more. I’m in so much pain all the time that it’s hard to tell if it’s hunger pain. I rarely feel hungry or full- I just do what feels right. I too, don’t eat as much of food if I feel it doesn’t taste right bc I get sick too much from food that was left out too long or too old or just food bc of the Crohns. 😅😢 we are tough people to withstand the physical and mental struggles of this disease that brings us to near death. God bless ❤

  Ooh, i love the cover! It reminds me of Ben Pick's falling twirling imagery! Yeah, perhaps the dark purple and black lean away from cozy, but the graphic novel-esque style lean toward cozy, so... have you fiddled with it more?? :)

  Interesting that you point out the ToC of Pixabay--I recently tried to download just an image from Canva and it said, 'You Can't Do That' so I found out the Stupid Way, lol

  Interesting choices on what to include--you assume Grammarly, whereas I assume Scrivener. I can have friends proofread, but I am on my own in terms of formatting!! lol Although if I was starting now, I think I'd got from Word straight to Draft2Digital, which appears to like it better than a pdf.

  Scrivener for proofreading? Scrivener's spellcheck is not great imo lol. And yes, Draft2Digital is easy to use as well.

  I love your kanban! I wish I was as creative as you were. I have learned I have a similar mindset, I don't see a task in front of me, it doesn't exist lol. So I have self-care and eating on it too haha. I need to come up with a system like you have with the days of the week and routines as I keep forgetting to take my morning pills. This was really enlightening :) Oh and Congratu-freaking-lations on getting that much done in the first week of January! Hopefully you found some way to celebrate your achievements after. Keep smashing those tasks :)

  Morgan I'm so sad I missed this live but loved this so much.
