  The first generation Le Mans ca. 1976-78 does not have a Roman numeral. The second generation does have the II. In the beginning of the video a later model is show. At the end of the video the bike appears to have received body parts from a first generation bike. In any case the restoration is beautiful, especially considering the condition it was in.

  The XR 69 used the GS 1000 motor layout with modifications and alternate carburetion. Anyhow a nice setup.

  HiI'm from Denmark and has the same model a few month newer. VE 12218.I'ts a very fine bike you have made out of this rosty steel.But why have you paintet the fork legs black instead off polishing while that was original on the 1'st serie until September 1976 where they shift to black? Only a thought and again it's a very fine result.

  Hola buenas tengo una moto guzzi cardellino 73cc primera versión del 68 pero le falta el cilindro y carburador y otras cosas de menor importancia como son la cadena, el puño del acelerador, las dos ruedas y habría que lijarla y pintarla y tapizarle el sillín, por lo demás el motor está de lujo gira y está bien. Costaría mucho restaurarla y ponerla apunto como el primer día que salió de casa o será difícil encontrar dichas piezas? Gracias de antemano

  Buenos días Jose Antonio, encontrar las piezas que dices no es difícil. Hoy en día por las redes se encuentra casi todo. Dejar una moto como el primer día es caro y si se trata de una moto de cilindrada pequeña aun mas. Principalmente por el tema de que una moto pequeña siempre esta menos cotizada que una de gran cilindrada y aun que sea pequeña, se tienen que invertir muchas horas para dejarla perfecta. Un saludo
