Great video. I have a question please: In example 2 where the home loan was split to 450K and 50K and directing dividends to pay the 450K bad debt. You said we can continue to grow the shares portfolie by redrawing the additional payments and buying more shares with it, how is that can be done step by step please? The dividends will go to the 450K loan, how can you then take them out and put them into the 50K loan to buy more shares?

Let’s say I’m on a long holiday and operating my dropshipping business, but I’m still buying selling products within online Australian suppliers for profit margins. Do I need to click yes for the question ‘Will your activities be carried out in Australia?’

Can I claim the donation in tax return if I donate my money to charity in my country but they don't have organisation name, so only give to orphanages the money directly. To be successful, you need to make plans and work towards them. Investng is still the smartest way to prepare for the unexpected. I have been invsting consistently for 6 years and I am extremely pleased with the returns. For anyone who wants to start; The good news is - it's never too late to start.

I think it should be fine. Did you get your TFN already? If so, then contact the ATO and let them know and they'll tell you what to do.

Well, the most popular ETF on the ASX that tracks the S&P 500 is IVV. As for brokers, I would recommend a chess sponsored broker. I have other videos on my channels that talk about different brokers if you want to check them out.
Putting your money in companies such as Vanguard & Blackrock and many more are the reason the world is screwed. Why boys wanna be girls, why we are in a forever war with someone. I am at a stage in my life where I thought I was ready to “dabble” in the stock market but I’ll be buggared if I’ll give my money to the like of Vanguard, Disney, FB or Meta to make money, rather be poor & still have my soul in tact. The world is in an abhorrent state of affairs right now. Yes I’m a loser, I’ll never make money. But I was nervous about doing it anyway
