I have both the 800 and the ATMax. Deeper finds with 800. You made a smart decision.
AI is growing exponentially. Both Scary and exciting. Informative video. Thank you.
I can solve problems without modern technology. Learn to live without it just in case. 😊
Looks like a more nuisance google.
Thanks Scott very interesting
Thanks Gary.
@@MentalMetal actually downloaded and am giving a go,pretty cool and I see what you mean about prompting it in the right direction, thanks again
Yeah the better information you can feed it, the better the answers will be. I challenged it today for some Civil War history about a specific spot and it was inaccurate with some of the info it was providing back. But then again, it provided a tasty recipe for Italian sausage and kale that I made tonight. :-)
Thanks for imformation and demonstration.
Was glad I helped !!! Awesome hunt buddy !!! 🎉
Thanks again!
Looks like a juiced up Google.....is the program free? Can you ask it for me...."act like a doctor......is it true if you step on a crack you will break your mothers back?" Thanks P.S. - your cousin's commercial was on again this morning....getting quite annoying....
Looks like a 1787 Vermont copper Ryder 31 . Very nice find
Отличнын настройки это вам ни Мудэкна от доктора Мудэ а самые что нинаесть рабочие настроички
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Congrats on the Civil War Jhook. You have to dig the scratchy signals. I just found a Black Powder Gun Piece. Side Plate with Hammer. Take Care
pretty cool, Scott! 19th and 18th century finds in the River!!
Nice find.
What’s it for?
Those shells are blanks. Interesting.
Man ♂
Nice one Scott. Congrats man.
Great video, I use your help video all the time. Thanks for sharing.
nice planted coin (haha) - interesting to find training rounds / blanks in the river
Nice George! Love the homemade sinkers too. Great video as always Scott. Glad to see you out on the kayak again.
Nice find on the coin. Nice hunt thanks for posting.
Great save Scott. I did that exact same thing the other day. Left my earbuds and GoPro at home. Lucky I was in land but I still could have used all of my stuff.
Wow, nice coin. Congratulations. The cartridges look like blanks for M-16.
Great Find! 👍
I have grown to hate the 900. The iron faulting is terrible. I’ve spent time with buried iron trying to get rid of it. Rusty iron comes up in high 90s. The same number silver coins are there’s been times I’ve discriminated the high 90s just so I can get a hunt and find other things. I hope the update fixes this. $1300. Not worth it in my opinion. I have the standard coil. If you find any remedies, please let me know. It’s been a lot of time doing this. This machine is destroying my favorite hobby. Thanks for hearing me cry.
Sounds like you need to turn 90 degrees on the target and listen closely and watch the numbers. The numbers will change drastically over iron and it will sound different. You might also have a faulty coil. If you have another coil give it a try and see if the other coil does the same thing.
@@MentalMetal I appreciate the reply. Is there a coil you would suggest? The small coil is more stable, but I can’t cover much ground or tap with it. Thanks for taking the time. Your video made me aware of the update. I just updated last night and try it again today.
I also noticed standard 11 inch coil has a front and the back. I always had the little arrow pointing forward. I flipped it over so the arrows pointing towards me because when I toe and heel the none arrow side pick up first. I find the strange because I thought the coil would act the same regardless what side target hits. With that said maybe I do have a crappy coil.
So I noticed you're not in all metal mode, any reason
No not really. Do I indeed to be?
😂 But you score a great find!
Thanks Scott for showing me how to get to the stability feature! I had no idea this was even an option. I hope to get back out soon to a location where I found silver and I'm sure there's more and make this adjustment and see how it affects my silver findings. 😊
I got it now! Went for 10min at the beach but must of been above a electric cable or something.. was screaming like no tomorrow
Congrats on the Round Ball. Excellent find Take Care
Thanks i needed that
Those 2 items look like oil pressure sending units.
how deep were your targets?
After 24 years metal detecting, I prefer the Minelab Excalibur ll for any water sweeping. I have six…if I come home with another metal detector my wife will kill me. Just gave my Whites DFX to my oldest son. I think that makes me one short. What say you?
Congrats on the Bullet. The cow patty brought me back a memory. I was detecting with my kids out in the hills and our little Datsun Dog decided to find the freshest Cow Patty to roll in. My daughter's were horrified by it. 🤣 my oldest daughter wanted to take one vehicle but we took 2 instead. Thank God because Mom wouldn't of been happy about our Cow Patty Dog. 🤣 Take Care
OUTSTANDING VIDEO! As always you have helped me out so much. Thank you
Thanks! your video is helping a lot. I've had the Deus 2 for quite some time, but I have not used it yet because I didn't want to miss anything while out detecting. I have the original Deus 1 and the original X35 Coil Deus and have been using the white HF coils for like ever.
Lots of great information. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for the lesson, I just got the manticore a week ago. I like to do beach hunting, unfortunately I live about 5 hours from the beach. I plan on watching all your manticore videos in order before I am able to go the the beaches again. Hopefully I will be well armed with the information I need to have a great opportunity to find some treasures. Just having the knowledge will be enough so thanks in advance.
Also I live in Nevada and travel to SanDiego to hunt with my nephew. Any beach advice would be appreciated.
There are a couple of videos in my Manticore playlist with my beach settings. Its pretty basic setup but it works well.
@@MentalMetal thank you, I watched one of the videos and have all the settings and also learned a lot just putting all of your settings in my manticore. Thank you so much, I look forward to trying them out. Also am continuing to watch more of your videos.
Just got my Manticore last week, then off to the coast of Maine. 3 rings, 2 earrings, silver chain, and a link of a gold bracelet. It took me a good couple of days to get a solid feel. I will say the M15 is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at finding quarters. I was finding quarters down 12-15" in dry sand ( which eventually became wet ). Sensitivity was around 20/21, in all metal setting. This machine is absolutely insane, well worth the money IMO.
Very nice!
Thank you
You're welcome
OOOOO SNAP
That M9 is sleek and gets down there deep. I went back to my old swim beach and after I got the M9 and have found 5 silvers over 12 inches deep.
Love that coil!
Looks like a dagger knife
Could be...
those three pins on back look like they could be pounded into wood structure/carpentry of some kind numbered boxes or barrels or military id numbers?
What are your settings?
ITS NOT THE MANTICORE...BUT PRETTY DARN CLOSE..IMO😊
Its a nice machine but nothing near the performance of the Manticore.
Thanks
No problem
