Yep! I had a neuropsychologist try to tell me I was a sociopath (ASPD) and that I probably had borderline, and he had the audacity to CHANGE my 15-year diagnosis of Bipolar II to Bipolar I. You guys are great. And I love the last part. I call it "Patient-Fulfilling Prophecy"

Thank you, I really needed this today. At 5.15 minutes I just cried when "stop the expectation" statement was said. I've just been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder at age 50.... I've always been the provider so expectations are high. I carry the weight of the world and the manic side of BD finally hit me. Hearing that statement washed over me like a storm.

I was so happy and surprised to hear your Covid reference. I got Covid a few months ago and I developed extreme guilt for having lunch with a co-worker before I knew I was positive. So not only was I really sick, but I also panicked that I gave it to her and her family and would ruin their Christmas I dreaded calling my co-worker to tell her. By the time I did, 3 days before Christmas, I was so guilt-ridden and nervous-sounding that it made her nervous. They did not get Covid but needless to say we don't talk much anymore. (Even though if they did get it who's to say I was the one who gave it to them?!) So even merely having that guilt and self-blame on your mind can affect your actions, speech, body language, etc. And it can be felt by other people and convince them you actually DID do something wrong! These thoughts are poisonous. Thanks for your video!

Hello dude. I enjoyed the work a lot! I have been trying to look for vid that really breaks down everything in this vid! 🙌 🥼Your content is like the channel of Dr Ethan. Dr's videos are informative and he actually helped me on my finals! He is an insightful Dr in the UK and he teaches vitamins and medical school. I recommend you see his page out and give the medical student a like over here! ➡️ #DrEthanOnKZread

@@innersolutions2441 My health anxiety relates to the tightness I feel in my chest. I've been to the doctor and had an ekg test and blood work done for thyroid and hormones. Everything is normal. So I have come to realize that the tightness in my chest stems from my anxiety and the panic attacks I've had in the past.
