nah bro. Legs behind is bad, injury prone and does not engage lats properly. Chest should be closer to bar which leads to: no proper scapula retraction at the start and finally the first half is way too fast, exercise should be performed slower for more time under tension which builds up more strenght. The video is the best way into "cheating" a max rep test for the military, not a perfect form pullup.
