  I learned nothing from this video. No kettle temperature and no cook times. Not Good.

  Sorry about that! I just got started making videos. The ideal grill temp for wings is 250 to 275. The safe temp for poultry is 165, however I like to cook wings way past that. Keep watching, I'll have more informative videos coming up!
