I just tried these the other day and let me tell you what delicious!
❤❤❤
This would’ve been so much better if Samuel L. Jackson had made this video instead. “Umm, umm! Tastes like good m’fing pizza!”. The guy in this video was stoned or had all his enthusiasm sucked out at birth. Or both. He sounds like Anthony Jessnik from standup comedy decided to do a pizza recipe video. Only he’s not funny.
Just fuckin eat 😂😂😂 realisticly people dont care how you eat things, unless you eat like a dog
if youre a cheapskate like me who bought the cheapest pump: do the method shown here, it will get 90% of the air out, then make the seal on the bag wet so the pump attaches much better and just pump the last bit of air out in 10 seconds instead of 5 minutes
So you need all the extra appliances and specific bags to be able to cook the steak this way?
All well and good, but this is only applicable for sturd drinks. Shake and drinks with citrus is a whole other thing...
Grew up within maybe a 10 minute walk to Buffs so ate there often as a kid in the 80’s. Still having them on occasion to this day.
Thanks, for that! Dip them in water...and here I was putting oil in the pan and mucking them all up. And the steam bit at the end...missed that, as well. Cheers!
Thanks for not making this an 8+ minute video! ❤
175 grades, but how long do you bake in the oven??
I don't eat brownies. But the brownies made with your recipe were so delicious^^ Thank you for sharing the recipe.
cute
Cool, but im asking when do i eat those 4 oz hunks of meat.. when do i eat those big ass eggs? i know how to eat noodles and broth.
That sounds like darling Kenji! 😋😋😋
you need to stir...NOT TRUE 5 seconds after you need to stir... this joke is not even a cook he's a boss, he has rules but .. not really rules... like i said just a clown.. bye.. you re not the only one who treaches cooking on youtube
So you didn’t actually tell us how to batch cocktails. You made one cocktail with varying amounts of water added. No practical bartender takes the temp of a drink as they stir with a bar spoon. This doesn’t include what your title says it does.
Geess, try "Batu Lado". It make sense from Sumatera Barat
You could also use a straw inserted in the bag and close the zip right up to the straw. Submerse bag Into the water, air escapes through the straw allowing air to escape - then remove the straw as you complete the zip-seal, simple!
2:33 as far as the rimmed baking sheet goes, is it important to just lay them on the sheet without a silipat, parchment or anything? I feel like this is the part where I mess up.
Made this today, they were delicious n super crispy! My husband doesn’t like potatoes and he liked this recipe! 10/10
Haiyaaa, get a wok instead. It's designed for tossiiiiing. 😊
The planet is boiling - do you really need to wear plastic gloves that won't breakdown for 1000 years to chop some beets??
What a sad existence
How dense
Do you know the difference between latex and plastic, you panicmonger? And why should the planet be boiling with used plastic, which perfectly preserves hated (by you) CO2 in solid form?
🙄 This person uses their hands on screen to make video content, so I'd say they have about as solid a justification for using gloves to avoid beet stains as just about anyone, not that anyone needs to justify it to you.
Oh please get a live
What kind of fish were those ?
If the beef is tough, velvet it with a bit of baking soda... Or is that verboten with Sichuan cooking? I'm wondering if sierra or mock tender or bottom round sliced thin would work in this dish...
Awesome vid!! I appreciate you!
Thank you for the video! I didn’t know what i was doing 😂
The best part is the music
?
I have a masters in chemistry. But ended up being a stay at home mom making cookies. This took me back to school! I had a lot of fun watching this. Thanks for sharing
Wow! I've got to try this!
As a cocktail enthusiastic biochemist this is exactly what I was thinking, but this is the first video I found where this topic is addressed in depth. Great content, thank you!
Having a convo with this dude over a lobster dinner must be a nightmare. lol
Its 2024 and i just picked up 2 chics for $4.99 pound here in Massachusetts. That price you hardly ever see, although 60 years ago we wouldn't eat them because we considered them "junk" fish. Actually they would feed them to people in prison or the homeless (which there wasn't many back then) also they were so plentiful they would wash up on shore and you could just pick them up if so inclined.
Genius
WHY NOT 10 PIECES ?
This looks super easy and gets around some of the technique issues. I'm a fan of eggs benedict and will use this method with my Sunday brunch event. Thanks much for the vid.
Very nice thanks
THIS!!!!!
In Cameroon, we call it fufu...very tasty and a perfect side dish for everything that needs a side, easy to digest, etc
Awesome thanks 👍
What's a ballpark on that oven temp?
This is the first cooking video on KZread I've seen where the word glutamate is mentioned. Congratulations.
Great video. Short and informative while including a bit of your personality. I'm not gonna mention any names, but there are so many 20 minute (or longer) videos when you search "how to butter baste a steak". Lol.
love this
That's actually pretty brilliant. No need to worry about the mess of deep frying. Would be even better if it could work with canned chickpeas!
Forgot my lunch today and now I see this… the torture!
neat!
Hell yeah dude
