This would’ve been so much better if Samuel L. Jackson had made this video instead. “Umm, umm! Tastes like good m’fing pizza!”. The guy in this video was stoned or had all his enthusiasm sucked out at birth. Or both. He sounds like Anthony Jessnik from standup comedy decided to do a pizza recipe video. Only he’s not funny.

if youre a cheapskate like me who bought the cheapest pump: do the method shown here, it will get 90% of the air out, then make the seal on the bag wet so the pump attaches much better and just pump the last bit of air out in 10 seconds instead of 5 minutes

All well and good, but this is only applicable for sturd drinks. Shake and drinks with citrus is a whole other thing...

Thanks, for that! Dip them in water...and here I was putting oil in the pan and mucking them all up. And the steam bit at the end...missed that, as well. Cheers!

So you didn’t actually tell us how to batch cocktails. You made one cocktail with varying amounts of water added. No practical bartender takes the temp of a drink as they stir with a bar spoon. This doesn’t include what your title says it does.

You could also use a straw inserted in the bag and close the zip right up to the straw. Submerse bag Into the water, air escapes through the straw allowing air to escape - then remove the straw as you complete the zip-seal, simple!

2:33 as far as the rimmed baking sheet goes, is it important to just lay them on the sheet without a silipat, parchment or anything? I feel like this is the part where I mess up.

Do you know the difference between latex and plastic, you panicmonger? And why should the planet be boiling with used plastic, which perfectly preserves hated (by you) CO2 in solid form?

🙄 This person uses their hands on screen to make video content, so I'd say they have about as solid a justification for using gloves to avoid beet stains as just about anyone, not that anyone needs to justify it to you.

Its 2024 and i just picked up 2 chics for $4.99 pound here in Massachusetts. That price you hardly ever see, although 60 years ago we wouldn't eat them because we considered them "junk" fish. Actually they would feed them to people in prison or the homeless (which there wasn't many back then) also they were so plentiful they would wash up on shore and you could just pick them up if so inclined.
