Unpopular opinion, but this is probably the best boss theme in the series. It's cartoonish and wacky, while also having serious moments here and there to remind you that the boss you're fighting isn't messing around and is far stronger than other foes you've faced thus far. Never Let Up and Big Bang, while not bad, are a little too serious, the Superstar Saga boss theme is also too serious (and too repetitive), and the only one that comes close IMO is the Partners in Time boss theme, mainly because of how cute it sounds.

The Viridi version caught me at a surprise after first time hearing it and the melody of this music actually made me cry. Still I'm fr sorry about Pit losing Palutena after being possessed by the Chaos Kin and taking over the human world. This is like the second time Pit has to save her and I really love that Viridi is on Pit's side to help him infiltrate his home and getting Palutena back.

I love this song so much. It's a combination of a chill vibe similar to Wii Rainbow Road with the horn-filled sound from the rest of the Double Dash soundtrack and my favorite part of N64 Rainbow Road. If the next Mario Kart game does the live band thing again and doesn't have this I will be sad.

In 2020, my two younger brothers and I decided to pick up this game after not having our Wii for ages, and we played it in our garage each day, slowly progressing towards the end because non of us had beaten it when we were little. We finally beat it together and it was one of the best moments I’ve ever had with my brothers. The sheer chaos it took to get there was worth it.

Y’know, as someone who loves this series, this was a track I’ve been SLEEPING on. This is top 3 Mario and Luigi music for me, alongside The Grand Finale, and Tough Guy Alert.

I still don't understand the hate some have of this game. I always loved it and I always remember for still having interesting new places and original characters. Exactly like me and many others love about Mario RPGs. Plus, the giant battles slap and are even a lot more expanded upon than BiS. "It's very derivative from BiS. It's just trying to do BiS again." Yeah? It's a sequel, which not evey sequel has to be this big innovation to be great. BiS' formula worked. This game still has a lot of new locales and lore of their own with interesting dream gimmicks and twists. I only agree with a few things. First, the final boss being a Bowser fake out. I much prefer an original final boss. But I mean, the battle still slaps and the guy gets a cool, original design himself. Second, and I half agree, the gyro in the giant battles really messed me up. I swear it used to work for me but not anymore? and I don't think it's my 3DS. The partner moves work. They have always worked. Oooh, I've always loved the gyro controls. It's really not as invasive as people make it out to be, seriously. It's mainly just tilt the 3DS in different situations. It works very well. Only that. The rest is as amazing as any other original Mario RPG with original characters and locales. I've never gotten it. This game has always slapped and I have found in it most of the same things I love in TTYD, RPG, PM64, BiS, SS, PiT, etc.
