  I was a kid when this movie came out (I turn 30 in a little over a month), and the CGI in this film blows most modern CGI out of the water, amazing how well this movie has aged

  When i was little my Christian parents encouraged me to read Narnia, but i refused for 5 years, because i thought magic was evil, i was uncomfortable and kind of bratty about it. When i finally started reading, it was in secret, and i made it to silver chair before i got caught. My mom didn't say much, we just looked at each other for a bit, then she walked away, and i finished the book.
