  *this is a high end quality range==allmy.tips/ZLINE_Range?q43 oven is electric and is is equipped with a 4 wire range cord. gas line sold seperate. fits a half inch fitting for gas connection. oven has two glide out racks. love this. range top is made of heavy duty cast iron grates. the bottom peice below oven is stationary, it does not have a pull out drawer. also to note this is a drop ship item. you will need to be prepaired to bring in house on your own. delivery company will call to make an appointment for delivery. You wont be disappointed in your purchase. i have been selling appliances for 13 years so i do my research before i buy. Z Line makes good products. A

  Correct never use soap....it messes with the seasoning of the stone....what a clown

  So, how to properly clean the residue from the stone surface? Someone had said salt and soda water to clean it. Others said baking soda and plain water.

  @@micktompson101 yeah.. i used this method too. Made it into a paste and put some grease to it.. Elbow grease that is. 😂 Thanks man! 😁

  I'm so used to working with conveyor ovens that crank out 200 pizzas an hour at Dominos.. it's crazy seeing a pizza oven that isn't a conveyor oven.

  @@noworries9258 that's why any pizza joint that uses a conveyor oven makes bad pizza.... fwiw back in 1984 i worked at a dominos, and back then they did use deck ovens and the pizza quality was excellent. really, dominos pizza used to be really good.... bean counters fucked it up though.

  The scraper is from the wallpaper department. It comes with one blade, and extra blades can be purchased, usually from the paint dept.
