    This kid was something to see Day in and day out. He had the biggest potential I've seen of any WVU basketball player and I lived through the best statistical seasons at WVU in all sports at WVU in school history. (2005-2010)

    That would've been great for WVU/college hoops fans but it probably wouldn't have changed the outcome of his NBA career.

  • @austincurry9861
    @austincurry98613 жыл бұрын

    @@jarretheller2244 you're probably right. I think he would've been better suited for the NBA had Beilein stayed because his perimeter skills would've improved including shooting. His game was mid range and in with Huggins which is very hard to transfer over to the NBA when you're 6'8 230

    you can't compare the NFL to college. Many players have fantastic careers in college but not the pros: Ryan Leaf, Tim Tebow, Byron Leftwhich, Brady Quinn, even the 'Ol Ball Coach Steve Spurrier had a lackluster NFL career

    Better conference? when pat white played Rutgers Louisville South Flordia West Virginia Cinnci were all in the top 25 so i dont think so.... The Big East Sucks Now but it had some of its best years while Pat White was playing

  • @ferminhermin

    Pat was better overall, Denard might be a better runner (in terms of speed) but not by a substantial amount. Pat was a better passer and decision maker in the pocket. The only thing ill hold over Pat is that he played in a weaker conference. Denard plays in a tougher conference and has a harder schedule.

    Denard may be a better all around athlete than Pat, but he will never be the winner that Pat is. Pat just won from the very beginning. So is Denard better? Guess it all depends upon your metric. Mine is: "Scoreboard" So with that, Pat is better.
