It’s crazy how many partial sets I have pulled out of drawers or found under the work table because i was too busy. I’m just starting my French cleat wall but this will be top shelf on the order of execution

Have started making French Cleat holders in my shop. 1 task is a hole for cordless drills and charger. Had not considered integrating bits. Now I am, but still want to keep charger station with or close by. This design now in my plan considerations. Especially like your step by step presentation with verbal and textual explanation. Wish more KZread woodworkers could do that. Looking forward to following your future projects.

Oh man... you gotta try the composite linear bearings!!! They are sooooo much better for woodworking with linear rods. No bearings, no grease, no gunking up. They're a bit more money but smoother. I just used the rounded style and made my own blocks for them.

Great design. I did one similar, but had too many issues with router dropping when using lead screw rods. I tried a t8 and it was wonky. Moved to a t12 acme rod, and it was stronger, but the slippage still persisted. So I went old school with a 3/8-16 threaded rod. Hopefully yours doesn't have the issues mine did.
