  Thanks eddie fir the upload so now the real story gets to be seen concerning Sam and Amanda not Donna swajeski altered history with but you were lying to me crap or the parking cars at Amanda's coming out party the truth is Sam saw Amanda and assumed she was his parking attendent assistant not realizing ohh she is Amanda, Cory so she went along with it. See things are, always 2 sided.

  I watched AW from the time it went on the air. Some of the best lines ever uttered by 2 of it's characters was Grant accusing Cindy of "Revisionist History" and in the same argument Cindy recalls Grant's rhapsodic soliloquy in the hospital. This is what happens when an educated writer and actors can have some fun. Years later and I'm still laughing.

  ​@acasburn1460 Yes Nancy did leave in 1987 during the Sin stalker storyline. To get away from the killer. She will be back in 1993 I think for Ada's memorial service and in 1989 for Mac's memorial service.

  Diane was Vince's girlfriend in the years Mary was gone. She was Kathleen gradeschool teacher and that is how they met. She's making a play for Vince. She doesn't realize that as soon as Mary returned, no other woman had a chance.

  Yes no you can see how much Donna, swajeski altered history sloppily between what really happened with Sam and Amanda when they first met. Hint Sam assumed Amanda was his parking attendent assistant at the coming out party. Not realizing she was Amanda Cory she just went along with his assumption. see things are always 2 sided. Hint but you were lying to me Sam fowler crap started in December 1988 but that's not how it happened as there was, so much more to it. Remember Sam was hiding he was mitch blakes brother from Mac and Amanda while she was pretending to be Mandy Ashton to indulge sams assumptions that's what actaully happened not Donna swajeskis altered history or stubid clothes she made Robert Kelker Kelly where I would get annoyed too as leave the show too.

  The one line I remember from this period is when Donna and a very pregnant Brittany were fighting, and Donna said "He wouldn't be interested in a blimp like you" LOL..so tactless but funn.

  I remember channel 13 here in New York aired a play that the actress who plays maise did. I don’t remember the name of it but it aired back in 88 or 89 one or two years after she was off the show. This was back in the day when 13 would show plays don’t know if they still do now in 2024. There was another one that showed actress Ellen Parker who did a brief stint on AW before she went on to take over the role of Maureen Bauer over on GL that came out in 89 that I did see I don’t recall the whole title but it was something about a circle which was the last name of the play. I do remember her being good in that AW along with all of the New York based soaps always had all of these great theater actors and actresses. Miss daytime back in the 80s it truly was the golden era of daytime television not so much now in 24 just terrible writing now

  Ahh thanks for the upload eddie so the 13th of August 1987 was when Sandra Ferguson made her debut as Amanda Cory and Robert Kelker Kelly made his debut as Sam fowler. But where is the suposed Amanda parking cars with Sam scenes or is that coming up.

  Watching Stephen Schnetzer and Linda Dano spar off, knowing they are really buddies offscreen is great. No working actors like this anymore. They even improv in and around the material. It's great to see real acting in this day and age. And this episode is Aug 87. One of the best moments of Another World for me.

  at this time there were 13 soaps on the air. Sadly this would be the very last year for search for tomorrow by the time that would be canceled there would be 12 left. Today in 2024 there would be only 4 soaps left but all of that will change in 2025 of January when the brand new soap the gates will debut. Wonder how long that one will last and who will be checking that one out.

  This life is sooo funny look at Carl and Rachel they are a family my goodness I didn’t have the chance to watch it back in the days with she and Mac but what I’ve seen so far this lady hated this man so badly I remember when she was in New York and she say to him you’re touch makes my skin crawl my goodness and look at the love between them now smh 🥰❤️😁

  After the first Maggie died I wish they had just leave her character alone this girl just do so much hurtful unnecessary things and that ridiculous girl Sofia I don’t know why they kept her so long on the show she walked around kissing all the guys on the show and she still didn’t end up with anyone I’m happy the day nick just forget about her.
