Great birding hotspots and a great excursion it seems. I was just in Australia for family vacation, although our budget not afford me a dedicated tour, I like to share 2 locations I visited as day trip and netted 45 birds: Oxley Creek common in Brisbane and Garigal N. Park in Sydney. However, l love your type tour I might return one day just for birding. Thanks again!
Just what I was looking for! 🎉
you cleary put a ton of work into this. thank you made me very excited for my trip at the end of the summer.
For me, this format is preferable to the one you used to use a few years ago. The ones with long slide shows and no video (other than the narrator in the corner) were easy to click away from. I watch these newer ones all the way through, and sometimes more than once.
Hi, nice video! May I ask when you visited the Carmine-Bee-eaters? I suppose it was in October/November? Thanks.
Shoebill, Pitta and then Gorilla and Chimp. Dream trip, awesome vid!
pittas are amazing and that bushshrike wow plus the gorillas was a big bonus excellent footage
Wow! Thank you . Amazing.
Spain!!!
Lovely documentary
Where is the Quetzal?
Great video :) Thank you. Just curious, what part of April were you there ? I'll be there from April 24th through about May 2nd.... I'd like to be a week earlier, but at the end of my trip, I didn't want to be any earlier than late May to SE AZ... and only have 1 month...
Wonderful video 👍👍👍👍👍. Thanks for sharing
Nice Video, Thank you for sharing...How was customs with your camera gear?
Sweet
Excellent video! Thank you for sharing it!👍
Beautiful video, but the yellow font is hard to read against the background. When did you visit this area?
I will be in La Paz next month, can’t wait!
Awesome video. Love your podcast with Ken too :)
Great video. I was wondering if the YB Sunbird asity is reliably seen these days?
Beautiful! We can't wait to visit. We'll let you know if/when we're there. @dnasbirdingadventures
Amazing, which lens for these photos, thank you
Loved this
What month were you there?
Sam, for bird photography, do you find people have time on this tour to take bird photographs? I searched for birding with a camera and this video came up.
You do not leave your graphics up long enough for anybody to read. Slow them down and give us a chance to read the entire message…..geez
Beautiful birds, hoping to join your tour someday.
Very informative video and amazing bird photos! What camera and lens were you using for these photos? Do you organize bird watching tours? This year or next, I would like to do some bird photography in either Costa Rica or Ecuador. What months are the best to travel to Costa Rica for birding? Sorry too many questions.
Soy de Jutiapa, y allí hay muchas especies diferentes a las que presentaste en este video, buen documental, Dios te bendiga.
12:03 😆When I was there in Oct 2004 there weren't as many Guans there! They've multiplied...
I love Hotel do Ype!
i live and birdwatch in Taiwan for all of my life, and i also do some tour from time to time(local kids and family birding tour tho, very different from what you do), this is a great video a thing i may add feeding and call playback is not accepted by most local birders, is an auto disqualification in most competition, is illegal under multiple law, and people do get into trouble for doing it but it is very helpful for foreign birder and bird guide if you only have a few days, so if come to Taiwan, don't do it publicly or post photo on Taiwanese birding forum or group, will get a lot of heat if you do
Really well done video or an excellent tour! I have been birding in Costa Rica 7 times, and now how very skilled you were in finding that selection of birds and capturing them so well in photos and describing it so well!
Daniel, humans carelessly moving the exotic species around the globe example the Black Bass was the main cause in your Grebe species going extinct. All species of Northern Americas black Bass are serious predator on surface dwelling prey and gorge on water foul chicks. Ultimately Homo sapien over population is the cause for every problem you have as an individual encounter daily well as for every other living species Flora, Fauna or Funga on the planet. The prime example the deforestation of your lovely counties West coastal forest to raise cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens, vegetables or what ever is the direct cause of the loss of forest and its precious species in order to feed the mass number of Humans. We have the same problem in our country USA. Heck it is almost ever countries problem. Jim Rodgers
Hello sir watching the lovely informative video ,would like to ask you about the best preferred time of the year to visit this area for birding according to you Thanks
Very interesting! You missed one of the premier birding locations (close to Frog Heaven) called Tico Rainforest B&B. Victor has documented over 220 different species on his property and has set up a wonderful photographic site on the balcony of his house. I have no personal connection to the site, but have visited here every year for the past 10 years.
RIP Henry
Great video and thanks for sharing. You clearly know these birds very well. That Golden-winged Sunbird is striking. Oh, and go Cubs!
What do you mean, "You can't pet it!"
I am so grateful for this information! Thank you so much for making it available for free here on KZread.
Amazing birding experience. Love all these species and wish I could visit even 3 or 4 places. Thanks for sharing your wonderful birding tour.
What reserve is in please
I loved the wildlife of Madagascar as a kid. It wasn't until years later that I found out that the people of Madagascar don't have African roots but are Indo-malayan which is a mind blower and an incredible nautical feat.
Thank you so much for sharing this tour😊
