  I twisted the gloss stick to ensure it wasn’t faulty and now I can’t bring it back down - I’m bothered cause I paid £20, I won’t be able to carry it out anywhere and I’m concerned it may melt !!!! Please help tips I. Getting the stick back down so I can put cap back on without spoiling the gloss
