  if the driver is not really going on a long road trip, i read somewhere that it is best to unplug the charging cord from the vehicle when its battery reaches 80% .

  Thank you for your comment. Charging to 100% on occasion is perfectly fine. However, bear in mind that doing this repeatedly may affect your battery life and performance. We advise that you charge your vehicle to 80% to help maintain the health and longevity of the battery.

  This video is very helpful. I have an Engine warning light in amber that has just popped up in my E300 convertible. Car seems fine and I haven’t noticed anything different. How should I proceed? The video said it’s just an advisory. Not sure what that means.

  Thanks for your comment! Due to the engine warning light being amber, it means that it isn't dangerous to drive the vehicle. However, we would advise that you book in with our service teams to get the vehicle diagnosed.

  my dream is to get a benz e class or the c class...there are so many 2 seat sports cars out there with high price tags okay...but nothing like a benz...its the class the style the history...the comfort...feeling like a rich guy but not too much of a rich guy being a young person going on a cruise long ride or drive it in the city...fast but sporty and comfortable too...💙it

  I’ve had 3 Benz’s a c300 coupe edition 1 e400 coupe Designo package and the cls 53 Amg it’s not anything special it’s a car that’s it after a month u get bored even having a 80k car nothing special bout Benz but the ambient lights also had a Audi s5 and 2 bmws out of all of them the Audi s5 sport back was the one of the best daily drivers Benz only special if u get an Amg and not a 43 or 53 a 63

  If that’s ur dream in life just to have Benz reevaluate ur dreams it’s not anything special millions of people own then get a McLaren or Lambo that’s a dream to work towards all u need is 2k down and good credit for any Benz that’s all i put for each down payment all straight from the Benz Dealership

  I have my doubts on this, I just tried to purchase an Approved Used from Mercedes and luckily I identified it was previously accident damaged. The Mercedes dealer had tried to cover it up! I even asked 4 times if it had been in an accident! I found some panel alignment issues around the front bumper, even the headlight wasn't straight.

  Do you believe this contact number will finally resolve my ongoing issue? For the past 17 days, I've been in communication with multiple teams within Mercedes Benz, both over the phone and via email. Yet, my car remains unresolved. Am I now expected to call yet another number and repeat the entire situation from day one, only to receive the familiar response, "We apologize for the inconvenience and will endeavor to resolve it as soon as possible"?

  Got ours 2 months ago (H1,L1) and it’s a great van but the cup holders are useless being too close to the windscreen for tall cups! Also could they seriously get the CarPlay screen any smaller? It is more economical than the previous Transit we had.

  I'm enjoying this in my GLA 250e but have a specific question - is it possible to heat the cabin but not the driver's seat? I seem to be able to switch between both seats or driver's seat only but can't not heat the driver's seat. I'm not *that* fussed about it and switch it off as soon as I get in anyway but I'd prefer not to heat it in the first place. (and I assume when we get to summer and the pre-entry climate control is cooling the car no seats will be heated)

  Thank you for your comment Andrew! The Pre-Entry Climate Control feature allows you to heat both the seats, neither of the seats or the drivers seat only. Don't hesitate to contact your local Mercedes-Benz agent to walk you through the Mercedes-Me app!

  Please note: this feature is only available on Hybrid and EQ products and is included on new models up to three years old. If your Hybrid or EQ is over three years old, you may need to purchase an additional package via the Mercedes Me Store, or your supplying Agent can assist you with this

  Thank you for your comment. Pre-Entry Climate control is only available on Hybrid and EQ products, so I'm afraid it is not available on a C300 petrol. If you have any further queries regarding your options, we would recommend speaking to your supplying Agent.

  Thank you for your comment. You may need to purchase an additional Mercedes Me Package (as they are only included for the first three years), which is available via the Mercedes Me Store app. Alternatively, your local Mercedes-Benz Agent can assist you with this 🙂
