I started training weightlifting around 2010. I needed to power clean 200 in high school for football. I was easily the smallest guy on the team to actually do it haha. I realized I liked lifting more than football cause I sucked at football and just continued lifting over the years

I have a remote coach who I’ve been working with since 2019. At first, the programming was all him but now it’s more of a 60/40 him coaching vs me making my own changes based on how things are feeling
