About to try to fly this one for the first time. I started with a smaller indoor outdoor one struggled with taking off and hovering and just basically controlling it. But I've got it down. All right, just got this one for Christmas. I have been waiting for proper weather to fly at since I am very inexperienced. See you lot of people complaining about it. Just got that and just returned it. That clip metal is garbage. It bents easily and can potentially break at anytime. It is made from cheap material. That is why I think they include that safety strap. The long strap is great quality and feels great in your shoulder. I don’t say do not buy but remember that you have thousands of dollars hanging from that clip. Your call.
I got mine 4 years ago and it works fine. It may have changed since. Thanks for sharing

No focus, I originally created it for the purpose to add a CPL lens. Back then, CPL lenses were hard to find for GoPro.
You probably already know this but I think some of the take-off and landing issues were from trying to take off and land with the wind behind the plane. Take offs and landings should always be INTO the wind if at all possible.

Hi Toney, you make a good point. Over time you start to think you can figure things out without reading. Sometimes it is a lot to navigate. Hoping this video helps lower the high amount of study that can overwhelm a new flier.

I have this remote connected to one esc but it wont connect to my second esc. This remote worked before with 2 escs, but i had to replace 1. The esc that will mot pair, does paur with a different controller.... any ideas anyone???

I messed around for 2 hours trying to get it paid you are the only one I can find that explains it so easily I thought I messed it up when i solder the wires to make them longer

I recommend recording at HD regardless of incoming signal and 60 frames per sec. See recorded output section of this video.
I just got one biggg difference and thank you for teaching us how to connect it and your other video about changing it to MPH but one thing I dislike for the controller is there is no reverse like the original controller but otherwise thank you !!!
There are two buttons on the front of the controller. Power and Reverse. If the Revers button doesn't work. Tap the Power button and that will probably put it in reverse.
