    is there a lineage for these please as the fundamentals of master moy i learnt included a turning one where the upper body slightly leads the hips too create a subtle spinal twisting?

    Is this Yang or Wu style? It looks like Yang but the pronounced forward “lean” in the Postures resembles Wu.

    To practice at home and practice the step and stretches, try grounding for a couple of minutes before hand. Practice at home and refine in class.

    A version of the 108 Move Set for restricted space. Recorded to help my students during the Covid-19 lockdown in the Uk. It can almost be done on the spot with steps back replacing steps forward. It’s not ideal but you can still achieve stretches and balances and it’s a good way to learn the sequence of moves. Good luck.
