First comment in 9 years!! The place he's describing, TAPS, I lived in the area and played there several times. I absolutely LOVED that place. The indoor field was giant, so much cover. It was so much fun. I was a teenager in TAPS heyday. Lots of great memories. Now I'm too old to play. But it was fun times.

I remember reading a paintball magazine back in the late 80’s or early 90’s regarding a tournament where a team called “Nazi Death Mercenaries from Hell” had been disqualified for cheating during the tournament by using super absorbent cleaning cloths when getting hit, and having tools to alter the speed of paintballs beyond allowable limits, etc. That article always stuck in my head, anybody know what happened to that team?

Hello I was wondering if you can help me out, so at the moment I’m a magfed player and I have a little project going on where I’m planning to make a n1 supernova into a mag fed marker using rap4 firestorm magazines But for a while I will only be using one magazines and carrying tubes to fill up the magazine I’m looking into how to carry the tubes ; are their any setups/harnesses/belts you recommend ? I am a bit of an aggressive player and hoping to minimize dropping any tubes and potentially firestorm magazines when I get more

Please make more videos. I LOVE experiencing the golden age of paintball again. I have had vintage automags (automag, Emag, RT Pro (one of my all time favorites, the trigger is 🧑‍🍳👌 mmmuah, PERFECT!), angels (dark angel and others) stock autococker with Venturi bolt and ANS inline regulator, tippman Pro Carbine, bob long’s intimidator, dye DM9, Planet Eclipse m170R and TWISTR GEO4… now I have a Dye Lurker Series (with Bolt 2.0) and fatty seal modification and and an Adrenaline Luxe Idol. Polished pewter and polished gold. I sold my Adrenaline TM40 of the same colorway.

Before my team got sponsored by W'orr Game products, Bob Long, and the company that made the Evolution Auto Cockers, I shot an Automag almost identical to this, but it was green splash, not blue. The Magic Box from the All Americans/Smart Parts had almost no effect on the Automag in my experience. We had SO many guns come through our shop/team/field that had the magic box modification, and testing them on a known distance paint gun range, they really didn't have better range. Maybe that had more efficiency, but I really think based on my experience that it was a fugazi. We did our own mods in shop using either 4 or 8 holes - Mike Carey, my captain and boss at work, was the first person here in Canada to drill out the valves. It was fun times. Reading your comment regarding how the box could ramp up velocity as you explained, is right out of the All Americans play book. They cheated SO much, in every respect, be it wiping hits in the old woods field days, messing with their guns to increase velocity on the field (as you explained), and then cranking them down for the speed test that refs do on the guns at the end of the game (and beginning in the NPPL when I played in it from 93 to 97.) Their first electric gun, their "Shocker" was notorious for getting longer ranges in game, but then "ah hah", at the crono shooting a nice 285 or so. I call and called BS, they had some way of turning up the velocity on field when they wanted to. A guy who I played with for a couple years, Roddy McDonald, later played/coached/etc with the All Americans, and I know for a fact that they literally studied and trained how to cheat, exploit, use any advantage in the rules or outside of them, etc etc etc. Bill and Adam can suck it. Was so fun knocking them out of the playoffs one year when we were an AM team and they were the PRO team in our bracket. Love your vids, thumbs up!
