    Which holds more nutrition powdered or freeze dried?

  • @PrepaSure
    @PrepaSure3 күн бұрын

    Freeze-dried foods typically retain 97% of their nutritional value due to the “cold vacuum” process used to extract the water. While the nutritional value of dried food is generally about 60% of its equivalent fresh food. This loss is largely due to the heat used during dehydration, which breaks down the vitamins and minerals in the food. One interesting aspect of freeze drying is that it does not change the appearance or taste of the food. If you rehydrate a turkey dinner that includes large slices of turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, and corn, when it is rehydrated and ready to eat, it will taste exactly as if you had just made dinner. This is amazing. This could be 10 years after the meal was freeze-dried. Another difference is weight. Freeze-dried foods weigh much less than dried foods, making them easier to transport and store. This is especially important when camping or hiking.

    My smartphone has a 500gb hard drive. That is alot of information that can be stored. Thousands of book worth. A smartphone is so much more than a phone.

    Don’t wait 30 years to eat your storage. Use it now so you can tell if you’ll like it or not. Follow the plan, take one, replace one.
